George & Cindy's Response to "NO DEATH PENALTY" Decision

  • #281
The a's just make something out of every thing.

Why have NONE of them ever assisted in the LE investigation.

The a's are just tedious.

So what day did Yuri ask for the pants? He learned about them on the first day and chose not to collect them, learned about them again (apparently) on 8/4 and decided to ask for a warrant on 8/5....when in between did he request Cindy to bring them in?

He shouldn't have had to ask. If they were in the car, she should have turned them over to the police.

I still don't believe GA's story about them leaving and knowing what KC was wearing. How would he remember what they were wearing when he thought it was an ordinary day? I can't remember what I wore yesterday.

I've forgotten what we were debating about the pants, lol, but I did notice something. It says in the search warrant "Cynthia explained that she had removed a pair of grey dress slacks from the back seat area of the car. The slacks were reportedly on the rear floor board of the vehicle and were with a pair of boots and ....."

If my long term memory is serving me a little better than my short term memory is, it seems in FBI interview George tells FBI in addition to the bag of trash being in the trunk, there were also a pair of pants in the blue bin thing.

I thought I recalled George saying there was other clothing found in the car too. Cindy said she stacked everything taken from the car in the corner of the garage, the only things she washed was the pants and the knife. Did LE take the other things? I haven't seen mention of it.

She offered the pants and they didn't want them. :banghead:

My understanding is that she washed the pants before she located Casey and learned that Caylee was missing.

...dunno why it isn't cited more often, but, Cindy's Myspace epistle on 7/3 sorta suggested to me she had an inkling that Caylee was missing. I'm not so bright, but, there was somethin' 'bout what she wrote that gave me that impression...maybe the subject...I dunno...

Subject: My Caylee is missing
Current mood: Distraught

“She came into my life unexspectedly, just as she has left me. This precious little angel from above gave me strength and unconditional love. Now she is gone and I don’t know why. All I am guilty of is loving her and providing her a safe home. Jealousy has taken her away. Jealousy from the one person that should be thankfull for all of the love and support given to her. A mother’s love is deep, however there are limits when one is betrayed by the one she loved and trusted the most. A daughter comes to her mother for support when she is pregnant, the mother says without hesitation it will be ok. And it was. But then the lies and betrayal began. First it seemed harmless, ah, love is blind. A mother will look for the good in her child and give them a chance to change. This mother gave chance after chance for her daughter to change, but instead more lies more betrayal. What does the mother get for giving her daughter all of these chances? A broken heart. The daughter who stole money, lots of money, leaves without warning and does not let her mother now speak to the baby that her mother raised, fed, clothed, sheltered, paid her medical bills, etc. Instead tells her friends that her mother is controlling her life and she needs her space. No money, no future. Where did she go? Who is now watching out for the little angel?”

I can't remember if he mentioned other clothes. The thing I have been wondering about is the blue bin. George said they each had a collapsible blue bin in the trunks of their cars, and he said it was in the trunk of the Pontiac when he looked in it at the towyard.

Has anything been released saying what items were taken from the car? The blue bin, for starters, or the boots?

Ack, that search warrant doesn't help me. Edwards and Hussey are quoted as having learned about the pants on August 4th. But it doesn't address when Yuri asked for them. Did he ask for them way back when and tried to get them voluntarily from Cindy until Edwards and Hussey implemented the search warrant?

That was funny.

Bolded by me.

I agree the title says "My Caylee is Missing", but I don't think Cindy realized Caylee was actually, as in milk carton, missing, as she talks about not being "let" (as in allowed) to talk to her.

The FBI was involved within the first hours. An agent was at the house. There are now 3 agents assigned to the case. Something is now up with the Anthonys and the FBI.

Your right:) The FBI is always called in on a missing child case:) Would the A's like you to believe that they are the reason the FBI came into the case yes of course they would. But the truth is as soon as Caylee was report missing the FBI was already involved.

The pants and knife Cindy washed allegedly were originally in the car, also the car seat and the baby doll. The difficult thing here is Cindy took most if not all of the stuff out of the car before LE ever got there, so she can pretty much pick and choose what she wants to say was in the car. George said the stain in the trunk was new, and Cindy says it has been in there for a long time. Jimmy Hoffa could have been in that car.

Thank you. I've been trying to figure out how Yuri confused August with February.

I went through this with my attorneys. There are programs they use or make thier own word docs. I also used them in finance work I did. Pain in the butt when you forgot to double check the dates. It can be proven, but still a pain in the butt.

No, FBI assistance can be requested but it's not mandatory or automatic.

Of course Chilly will disagree with me. But IMO, getting viable info out of the A's have been like pulling teeth.

Right, but what I'm wondering is if a list of the items collected has been released.

Go back to that last page of the search warrant. Yuri says Cindy freely gave information to help establish a time line.

In other words, he didn't have to beat it out of her :)
