George/Lexus & Casey's Contact Pattern

WANTTOHELP, Please explain your conclusion. Are you saying there weren't any calls to Lexus iyo?

And as I said with my many many many handwork of proof in this thread, she was calling Cindy.

Thank you.:shakehead:

Hey, Wanttohelp. I respect your opinion.

I dunno how its gonna turn out...but...seems like we outta have a friendly wager on it by now ;) (e.g. I'll edit my tagline to "Wanttohelp was right about Lexus=Gentiva" for a week if/when we learn your speculation is confirmed by LE). Anything you wanna put on the table?

Of course, I reserve the right to change my speculation every 5mins...as usual :bang:. As of 10:12AM 3/27/09 I'm still parked on Lexus=Ricardo.

Updating to reference JWG's handwork :thumb: based on the most-recent release of docs...

As detailed here in the Myth Busters thread, as of 1/22/09 LE had reversed their references to the "Gentiva" number to "Lexus of Orlando". Note the description identifying the party on the right-hand side of the inserted image.

If I'm reading your post correctly and JWG's post correctly - you are saying the LE is NOW saying that the number belongs to Lexus not Gentiva? Do I have it right (for now anyway)

How did we come up with the Lexus number in the first place? From what I can tell, it was through reverse lookup.

I googled Lexus Orlando and was hard pressed to find a local number. Their web lists 800 numbers. They are 800 528-6404/ 481-8709/ 467-0497/ 317-3641, sales, service, parts and customer relations, respectively. They list a fax no. as 407 678-3550.

I dug further and through second party references found 407-678-2000 referenced for Lexus on Semoran Blvd (showroom). Service and Parts is located on Driggs Drive but no independent number is listed that I could find.

Lexus is Winter Park.

Gentiva Health is 407 629-7992 (CA). There may be another location that uses 407 612-7992.

Gentiva is Winter Park.

Just throwing this out here-
Dante states on w.s. that he quit DRF May '08. Another source lists his last day as June 17. The source says he moved to Muscle Cars and Handlebars through July 13. This is the same source that never provided their source about George working at Lexus (which I figure is how we got on that train). A source is a source of course, of course!

In their latest release...yes, Lexus=Lexus.

When I google the actual number 407-671-0*** then I come up with Jimmy B. Lexus. It looks to be the number to the auto parts location on Driggs. Also Auto Team Management comes up, employees approx. 4. Contact Jimmy B. The number to the Semoran local (dealership) is listed as 407-679-1941 and, I guess, the one I listed in the above post. Many different local numbers apparently.

I see the 0000 number was called from the home phone on 6/24 at 10:03. KC wasn't home then. That means GA must have called it?

Some of us ... have ... just ... called it. :p

Hi WBG,

I'd not thought of looking at the home phone records :bang:.

I did find what you are referring to. It was a 7 second call from the 0000 number to the Anthony home, not the other way around. I'm guessing it was a call that went to the answering machine. George was around, as computer usage at 10:40 indicates.

Interestingly, I did not see any incoming calls from Gentiva or Cindy's cell to the home phone, and only one outgoing call to each from the same phone. This leads me to believe that Cindy and George communicated with each other via cell phone.

So who called the A's from 0000 and why? Parts guy?

I remember (no source of course) KC saying something to the effect that she had taken her car somewhere to be serviced which would tic her dad off. He liked to work on cars iirc. I think it was a text to Amy where she wrote "but I did him a favor."

0000 called the home on gas can day. Do we have a record of what car KC had been driving the 17th, 18th, 19th - a.m. 24th? I'll try to find info if noone answers. I know she refers to her car and it's smell later that week.

Is it still important?

Whoever it was...it appears Casey called back on her cell (pinging from Tony's apt.)...and talked for 6mins.

Or ... someone from Lexus trying to reach George to let him know he is not needed that day or some other work plan changes, which would explain why he was unexpectedly home when KC showed up that afternoon. The person KC called at 11:20 to find out if the "coast is clear" may have not gotten the memo about the change in George's plan.

Silly me. KC backed the Pontiac into Hopespring driveway on June 18 and borrowed the shovel from BB. So June 16 to 18 to 24. No data on 17th, right? Then 19, 20, 21, 22 and 23. What car did she use these dates? Is it possible the body was not placed in the trunk until the 24th? Can we have a "facts that have been established thread"?

Well one would probably not talk for 6 mins if this were a legitimate service call - like your car is ready for pickup. KC drives the Pontiac home later that day - surprise George still home, or was it a surprise?

Here's a suggestion...consider that the Lexus Dealership is across the street from Full Sail. Most dealerships now have nice waiting rooms for their customers while their cars are serviced....big screen tv's, internet access :online:, etc. Perhaps Tony used the Lexus waiting room as a place to hang out :chillpill: between classes/labs.

Here's how that thought ties to the events of 6/24AM...

Speculation - Casey's cell battery died during her call w/ Tony and he called her back...except...Tony called G&C's house.

At 9:56AM we know Casey (at Tony's apt) took an incoming call from Tony for an 11min convo. The convo ended @ 10:07AM

Then, we have the 10:03AM call from Lexus to G&C's home phone for 7 seconds. (Check my time please as I'm referring to above post for this timestamp...I don't have the source doc). Also note that one may allow a shift in the timestamps when comparing since the landline provider's clock and the cell provider's clock are independent.

Perhaps outta habit, if Casey's cell battery went down @ 10:07AM :talker: mid-conversation :curses:, Tony dialed Casey's home phone . Or, Casey may have even told Tony she was going to G&C's when he left for class that morning . George answered the call at home, "Hello. Hello? ... [click]" (speculation) ...that'd take 'bout 7 seconds.

At 11:20AM Casey called Lexus for a 6min convo.

...then...

64mins later, completely unprovoked, (e.g. no sign of a messages waiting system notification) Casey called her vmail.

One might do this if one is expecting a call and one's battery was dead or phone was off...eh?
Consider that Lexus of Orlando is directly across the street (University Blvd) from Full Sail University and closer than walking/driving all the way back to Sutton Place Apts. One can get a real sense for the proximity by viewing this in the street-level view of Google Maps. In Tony's statements to LE early in the case he mentioned that he might hang w/ friends after class/labs before meeting up w/ Casey. Methinks Lexus may have been one the places Tony hung out.

Perhaps, as a means to preserve Tony's cell phone minutes, or poor cell connection on campus...or...whatever, Casey may have been calling the Lexus switchboard to be routed to the service waiting room to talk to Tony.

ETA: So...why did Lexus "appear" 6/16 and stop 7/2? One reason they may have started 6/16 was owing to Casey's freedom to talk during this period vs. pre-6/16. Perhaps Tony's class/lab schedule changed (IIRC, there was some mention of this happening @ one point in his statements).

I know I have call-waiting ID - can the waiting person be sent to voicemail if you don't flash over?

I like where you're going with this Bond. I could see Tony or one of his buddies chilling there  , assuming the dealership management was OK with it. That would be the only rub, though. I imagine that the management might have a little issue with someone loitering in the waiting area taking calls through their switchboard :nono:. But still, a good avenue to wander down.

Regarding the unprovoked call to VM, one possibility is that KC went back to listen to a saved message. I see that the previous day - the 23rd - she had a call from a debt collector :put em up: (Asset Acceptance) that rolls to VM and is soon followed by a VM waiting text. KC seems to ignore this. Later that day two more VM waiting texts come in. I don't know if they are for the same message left earlier by the collector or newer messages left by an unknown. After those text messages KC calls VM and clears at least one message.

In a way I would think that she would not save the debt collector's message. But I recalled in one of the computer forensic reports a listing of KC's cell phone payments. Here are the final three from 2008:

7/15/2008 $574.60
6/25/2008 $377.33
5/6/2008 $574.60

The dates shown are posting dates, which means it is very possible she paid the bill on the 24th. So...assuming that she was delinquent and assuming ATT out-sourced delinquencies to Asset Acceptance and assuming that she saved their message, it is possible that she was calling VM to pick up the amount she owed before paying.

Of course, we know what happens when we assume ... :butthead:

There is usually an option to set it up that way. To either have calls routed to one's voice mail when busy with another call or not.

The phone records would show that though right? Wouldn't they show if she was on a call and had another come through at the same time?

Wow! Those are some very expensive cell phone bills. Is that typical for FL?
Or is it bc she was behind and they'd built up? Most folks I know get unlimited minutes and texting for under $150.

ETA---Sorry guys. My apologies. Just realized this way totally off topic. Perhaps I should stick to lurking - lol - :loser: :bang: :)
