This is gonna be good, in my opinion. MOM is cooking now!

I predict acquittal for George Zimmerman.

My belated thanks to MaHouston for posting GZ pictures at the police station, where he looked uninjured, and with a faint rectangle mark on his nose. The mention of recoil is also interesting. in the light of the faint mark

An INNOCENT teenager on his way home has been killed with nothing but a fruit drink and skittles on him. The grown man who shot him dead walked away free until the case caught national attention. The evidence showed no sign of GZ's DNA on TM, no eye witnesses, there were no medical documentation, yet we're asked to believe that TM had repeatedly punched GZ's face and smashed his head against concrete. The dead victim somehow became the villain....IMO

your posts here have been excellent. thanks for continuing to re-post and reiterate the truth in spite of the sometimes mind-boggling responses to it.

MOO

"The fat lady sings" is actually a commentary from a game with two of my favorite teams - Texas A&M and Texas Tech. The commentator said the opera ain't over til the fat lady sings. IMHO ;D Racehorse Haynes may have repeated it at some point.

Ok, thanks for correcting me. Haynes used that line in the infamous T. Cullen Davis (the richest man ever tried for murder) murder trial back in the 1970s.

And four minutes for GZ to catch up to TM. Why does everyone suggest TM should have run home...he had as much a right to be there as GZ did.

He also had as much of a right to defend himself as GZ did.

IMO

Because that was Rachel's testimony that he started to run. The question is...why did he stop? Something changes your mind if you stop...

Four minutes: I think TM was running home, stopped, decided to give that crappy @ss cracker a beat-down, remembering how he won 2 of the 3 rounds of his last fight. Maybe he told RJ that and wanted to impress her, or maybe he didn't. It's a tragic decision he made, and no matter the verdict, I feel tremendous sympathy for both mothers. IMO

Yes or even made it home and back tracked to the Creepy Cracker and beat his @ss for looking at him. His younger brother asked him to teach him to fight in one of the text messages not allowed in (thank you unbiased judge, NOT). Now who really was in fight mode that night??? IMO

MOM sounds so logical, calm and reasonable especially in comparison to the prosecution's histrionic, sarcastic, and just plain desperate closing argument.

IMO.

  • #307
I really admire MOM. I love his calm, confident demeanor.

I love what he just said about TM saying "cracker" or Chantal lying about being 16 or 18. That is not germane to his case.

I don't think the Pros fire and brimstone style helped them.

GZ expressed surprise that TM was dead in his statement - even though he knew he was dead.
If he'd thought he just wounded him - why ask the first person out to call his wife instead of an ambulance? He got up, holstered his gun and walked back and forth. Why wasn't he still in fear for his life? Because he knew TM was dead. Just one more Zimmerman lie.

IMO

The questions being brought up, have all been answered. Zimmerman had just gotten off the phone with 911 NEN a couple minutes prior to that, and they advised him they were sending someone out. And they did! Neighbors were coming out to see what happened, and common sense says somebody called for an ambulance after seeing the body in the grass. I can honestly say, I probably wouldn't have the strength to pick up a phone, if I had just been through what Zimmerman went through. I'd be shaking in fear.

He never asked anyone to call his wife and tell her he had just killed someone. (prosecutor lied when he said that) He actually said to tell her he had shot someone.

He put his gun back in the holster, because police would arrive any second, and common sense tells you not to be waiving a gun around with police present.

Even a doctor can't tell if someone is dead or alive without checking his vital signs. How in the world would GZ know he was dead?

I don't think there is a person in this world that shoots someone because they fear for their life, and then starts trying to bring them back to consciousness. Why would anyone do that? So they can get their butts kicked again, or so they could shoot them again?

IMO this four minutes TM had to run (even walk) back to the house is the key.

How so? Maybe he didn't want the creepy guy following him home. Maybe he was lost since it was dark and all the buildings look the same. Sure, maybe he even turned around to ask GZ why he was following him.

IMO

2 reasons:

#1 the only defense at all I've heard regarding TM attacking GZ is because he was 'scared'. If he was scared he would have gotten away from the source of his fear.

and

B He says on the phone call that he is being followed by a 'creepy 🤬🤬🤬 cracker' and was walking home. Why did he stop 'walking home' and instead assault GZ?

MOM now claims you can run a mile in four minutes if you're in decent shape?? Does he just make things up as he goes along?

IMO

UM. No. He is correct but the truth is that it was only yards.. And he was an athlete right? He played football? that TM had to go to get to his house from where GZ last saw him. We also know that TM was home as per RJ and had to have gone back to where GZ was because that is where the fight begins and ends.

I'm sorry MOM, you can't throw out the after pics of GZ's injuries, IMO. :twocents: They prove his injuries are not that "life threatening", IMO

If I was on a Jury and thought that part of a testimony was untrue I would find it very hard to accept the rest as truth. As a juror you are under no legal obligation to accept part of a testimony if you think that witness is not telling the truth.

When you're a juror you can believe all of it, some of it, or none of it.

But I thought he (TM) was scared?

MOM went on and on about not filling in blanks, not assuming, etc. And first thing back from break he says...you get to figure out what TM was doing in those 4 minutes. So, he wants them to fill in the blanks and connect the dots....exactly what he asked them NOT to do for the prosecution.

IMO

MOM is making me laugh - he is giving all of these examples of time and what TM was "probably" doing - and leaving wide open holes for the jury to be considering what GZ was doing. This is a big mistake MOM.....

IMO

He's not throwing it out, the jury has the picture in evidence. IMO

That is just your putting thoughts in his head. He never tells RJ he is afraid and at one point she tells him to run and he says.. NAH. or NO.

That shows he was not afraid.

MOM's sing song all over the map presentation isn't working - even posters here don't know what the long time space here was all about - this jury isn't buying what he's saying and is going to convict GZ of manslaughter - and rightfully so.

I think if the SWAT teams are worried - it's about the reaction from the GZ side and all those gun owners taking the law into their own hands.

IMO

Oh please!!!!
