He's not throwing it out, the jury has the picture in evidence. IMO

I know, but he said, in so many words "lets just throw this out and look at the 1st picture, the one that shows the real injuries".. sorry, my words are not exact :blushing:

I'm sorry MOM, you can't throw out the after pics of GZ's injuries, IMO. :twocents: They prove his injuries are not that "life threatening", IMO

Why do you think his injuries had to be life threatening?

You do not have to wait until you sustain life threatening injuries to defend yourself.

IMO JMO MOO

Again it matters not.

His injuries are not part of the requirements for it to be self defense.

He only has to have fear of great bodily harm or death. IT does not actually have to happen.

THE LAW is what matters.

MOM actually said to the jury - I think this is what GZ said to his wife - I don't know - use your memories.......

  • #325
GZ is "a fast healer"
One of my more favorite quotes from the defense. IMO

The injuries don't have to be...

MOM sounds so logical, calm and reasonable especially in comparison to the prosecution's histrionic, sarcastic, and just plain desperate closing argument.

IMO.

Because one side wants jurors to use brain....the other wants you to use emotion. Which is which...trick question.

imo

MOM is making me laugh - he is giving all of these examples of time and what TM was "probably" doing - and leaving wide open holes for the jury to be considering what GZ was doing. This is a big mistake MOM.....

IMO

Half of the time GZ was on the phone.

wHO JUST LEFT?

I'm confused. Was Trayvon required to run from the time he entered the development from the Main Street, run directly to his home with no walking or stopping to prevent his being shot from Good ol' safe George who just wanted to say welcome to the neighborhood?

He didn't of course because he is an American citizen, a guest of his Dad's and had every right to walk the entire way home. Just because he jogged a bit till he was off the road and thought he lost Zimmerman and then contined walking is not lying in wait. I think I am niave about how things are in Florida so I don't know who is allowed to walk home at night by themselves.

MOM - Don't ever come back to us with a case like this.

That sound you hear is bombs dropping...

And that works for TM also - people keep leaving that part out.....

ONCE was too much. Since when does the President get involved in cases that have no bearing on him, his family or the US as a whole? As far as I'm concerned, and in my opinion, he was using his "office" to sway public opinion.

My OPINION only

Gee. maybe when he's asked about it as a press conference? Then he gave all appropriate disclaimers and said it needed to be investigated to find out what really happened. It's amazing to me that people have a problem with that.

MOM is killing it now. YES

"Don't know if he played football..." Was TMs being on a football team (showing physical fitness) not allowed in either???:banghead:

No. I think the point is he was athletic.

  • #336
:twocents: In My Opinion, YES ...

I will not be surprised ...

:moo:

They are very busy writing...so I am wondering if they have a contract yet.

MOM needs to pick it up a little, this is a murder case not a bed time story. IMO

  • #338
No evidence of that. It matters because a scared person doesnt hang out in the same area for 4 minutes.

No they don't...they go home.

  • #339
What was the time lapse between the end of the conversation with NEN and the gunshot? Thanks

  • #340
No evidence of that. It matters because a scared person doesnt hang out in the same area for 4 minutes.

That, in my opinion, is an obvious conclusion. I'm not sure how people are able to ignore that incredibly pertinent piece of information.

Sleuths are interested in facts. Facts are the most important component in finding out what the actual truth is, in my opinion. :moo:
