that she mentioned seeing/hearing movement from left to right

she previous said she saw people....no mention of movement from left to right

No, what you were seem to have been attempting to do was blame the victim based on internet trash talk. Zimmerman has a clear, documented police record of violence, not speculation based on a few tweets that may or may not have even come from Martin. There is a difference.
What was Zimmerman convicted of, that was subsequently expunged after entering a diversionary program? Was it "Resisting a police officer without violence"?

They did but then he told the 911 to have the police call him when they arrived so he could tell them where he was and that was okay with the 911 operator. He said okay and made sure he has his cell number.

Nothing in the call told him NOT to get out of his car. Nothing. No one told him NOT to go walking.

I'm not aguring that one. It's my opinion that he wanted to continue sleuthing...nothing told him to use common sense to try to stay safe and let the LE do its job.

In my limited experience with police, they get offended when you try to be too much of a helpy-helperton... :blushing:

Was he arrested for it? What were the circumstances of the previous violence he had? Did he attack anyone? Thanks.

check the wikipedia:

In 2005, Zimmerman was charged with assaulting a police officer and resisting arrest, after shoving an officer while a friend of Zimmerman's was being questioned about underage drinking. The charges were reduced, then dropped when Zimmerman entered a pre-trial diversion program. Also in 2005, Zimmerman's ex-fiance filed a restraining order against him, alleging domestic violence. Zimmerman requested a reciprocal restraining order. Both orders were granted.[66][67] The incidents were raised by prosecutors at Zimmerman's initial bond hearing. The judge described the incidents as "run of the mill" and "somewhat mild" and rejected the prosecution's claim that the incidents showed that Zimmerman was violent or a threat to the community.[2][68][69]

What is going on with this left to right stuff? I am missing something.............

This is the first time she has mentioned this. IMO, the defense is building doubt in her testimony by insinuating that the state coached her testimony during their 45-minute meeting right before trial. JMO, OMO, MOO.

I went back and listened to the NEN call and I counted the time between the beeping noise (when Zimmerman exited his vehicle) to the time Zimmerman said Ok (after being told we don't need you to do that) was approximately 20 seconds. If he headed back to his vehicle at that time we can assume it would take about another 20 seconds to return, give or take. Yet the NEN call continued for another 90 seconds. Shouldn't we have been able to hear the confrontation with Martin if that's the case?

I don't think he went straight back to his car. I just don't. After you he says "ok" you can still hear the wind noises and then they stop, as if he's standing there. When they ask for his exact location, he's a little elusive. He tells them to call him back, as if he is planning on not being wherever he is when they call him back and was not back at his truck already. Something about the story doesn't add up but IDK what.

So, a he-said, she-said civil case - no criminal charges ever filed.

And a conviction of "resisting a police officer without violence" that was later expunged after successful completion of a diversionary program.

So where is this clear police record of violence?

Really, I think he was just trying to see if he could point Police in the right area. And it depends on the officer.

I think if there is crime going on in an area and someone is willing to help them in a reasonable way they are more than happy to get that help.

We don't know who confronted who.

from the evidence it seems that Trayvon either hid or came back at one point.

what evidence says tm was hiding?

State coached this witness 45 minutes right before trial?

Is this even allowed?

Not if he was walking back and stood outside the car and was talking to 911.

Then why was Trayvon's body found so far away from the truck?

If he was headed back to his car, as shown by a previous poster - the 20 seconds vs 90 seconds - he would have been found at or very near the truck.

He wasn't. They were found no where near where any car could have actually been.

He was clearly still pursuing Trayvon. All of the evidence proves that, including his own words, which he stated Trayvon asked him "Why are you following me!?"

He knew the rules of the Neighborhood watch and they were to stay at a distance. You can view the person from a distance.
He read what happened when the stucco guys watched the kid go in called the police kid was arrested no one died. GZ received a e-mail congratulating the stucco guys for busting the burglar, just a couple of months before GZ decided to change the rules.

I have hypothesized that he walked to across that cut-through (the short part of the T) in an attempt to see where Martin was running (since he has a clear view of the gate from there, and said he thinks he's running to the back gate). It's entirely possible that he was walking back across the cut-through to his vehicle when Martin reappeared.

Is it possible to block certain users so that I don't have to see ANY of their comments?

I've been following cases since JBR...and have been on WS since CA... and while us "regulars" have disagreed a time or 3...we managed to keep this a great forum. But all these comments not regarding the trial...not regarding the case...but just comments for the sake of calling someone a racists for their actions or comments...is getting ridiculous.

So if there is a way to block...can someone please give me the cliff notes version of how to do that?

Yes you have the "ignore" feature. Look at the top of page. You will see a tab that says, "User CP". Click on that and click on "edit ignore list". Then you can see where you type in the user's name you want to block.

I would suggest everyone try the ignore option if someone is really getting under your skin.

LMAO!! So because she didn't like George Zimmerman's Facebook page, she is prejudice??

LMAO!!!!

This witness "liked" the FB "Justice for Trayvon" page.

It goes to Trayvon's state of mind so I absolutely think It should come in.

It also proves that Trayvon was not the innocent little boy his family or the media want you to believe.

Which is why I'm hoping the state brings up George's record from 2005. (charges were dropped).

the way i read the ruling is that TM's past would only be relevant if george knew him or about him, but because he didn't and didn't know of any prior acts, they can't be used as a reason for GZ to go after him - if TM was a preachers sone who drove on;d ladies to church every day - imo it would be the same ruling - since GZ knew nothing about him :twocents:
