I disagree with those who think GZ looks remorseless. I think he looks like someone holding his emotions in. IMO, he looks like someone trying very hard to control his facial expressions.

This witness says she saw the person on top hitting the person on the bottom.

Here are articles about the State hiding evidence from the defense (snip) [/url]

It is almost impossible for the prosecution in Florida to "withhold evidence" for the simple reason that evidence is input into CJIS (criminal justic information systems) that are mandated by law, and link to the Florida justice system and in turn to the FBI. . .

Any evidence entered into CJIS is automatically given (access wise) to those who legally have the right to said evidence -- and this includes the defense attorneys.

It's all actually pretty cut and dried in Florida. Link

HOWEVER now she is saying she got her information from the news about who was where.

The thing is that when people are yelling, singing, they can sound completely different than when they are speaking.

Oh my gosh, so true, some of the people on Xfactor, AGT, American Idol, I definitely do not expect their singing voice, from the way they talk...

Are all the states witnesses impacted by media??

I think with each witness I am more surprised this is the case they thought was worthy of M2.

I am not seeing it..

What difference would it have made for TM to call 911? The police were called and already on their way to the scene.

Why didn't GZ ever once identify himself as NW to TM?

How would TM know 911 was called and police were enroute?

This witness needs to stick with what she observed on the night of the killing - not what she later learned after watching the news.

You are not accurately following what I'm saying.

He shedding a single solitary tear would not be overly emotional.

And whenever you kill someone, in self defense or no, you should feel remorse. Especially of they were younger.

People react differently. I myself need to be totally stoic in emotional circumstances, if I let one tear fall the dam breaks. So I may be full of emotion but people might think I just don't care.

As I see the prosecution present their case, I am becoming convinced that the motivation for bringing charges was political and not based on the evidence. JMO, OMO, MOO.

First, we have no idea what TM was doing. HE could have been doing anything out there. He could have been doing nothing but we have no evidence what he was doing.

I don't see any evidence that GZ was following him. None. He was out and walking around just like TM but no evidence he was tracking him or following TM.

GZ was in his neighborhood and on NW, Even not that night, He could have been looking at houses seeing if anything was out of place.

The thing is is by this time, If TM was doing nothing and just walking home, HE would have been home. He just would have.

Are you kidding me? We know what TM was doing because he told the 12 year old that he was going to the store, and then a tape from the store showing him purchasing items. GZ said he was following TM, my god he says it in the NEN call.

Even if George wasn't following him at that point he was watching him and it clearly freaked out Trayvon when he realized it because he ran away.

I know that. I have said that it's obvious that instead of going straight home Trayvon came back, probably out of anger, to see what this guy's deal was. But you still have to look at it from Trayvon's perspective. I don't have any reason to assume in any way that he was up to no good. Maybe his behavior seemed suspicious to George, because, like I said before, even in the 7-11 video he acts kind of weird and meanders a little even though he was doing nothing wrong there either. But there's nothing to suggest Trayvon was doing anything wrong. What could he have possibly been up to?

Disgusted at the manner in which the defense is trying to lead the witness, female neighbour who heard cries for help from a boy!!!
Defense Attorney: When you heard that you knew something big was about to happen ( not word for word, paraphrasing )
She : No, I didn't know what was going to happen at the point.

He's not as slick as he thinks. She immediately indicated that she was the one there, not him. :floorlaugh:

IMHO this whole thing is tragic -- for everyone involved. I think GZ looks drugged (and sleepy).

I don't know what happened -- but if GZ hadn't had that gun TM would be alive today. GZ says he was afraid for his life -- yet he KNEW that there were people in those homes all around him -- and he knew the police were on the way. I don't think he truly felt in fear of his life -- even if TM was beating him up. This is JMHO.

Possible GZ panicked. Possibly he was angry and meant to get those f* a* as he told the 911 operator. I don't know.

The one thing I want to know is if (as it seems) TM was shot from 6" - 24" away -- then how does that support GZ story that TM was on top of him (less than an inch or two away) and reaching for his gun? That doesn't "add up" for me.

IMHO I don't know what happened and could be sitting on that jury (I literally could BTW because I live in Seminole County and know the area this happened well). I have an open mind -- and again (MHO) think this is just so tragic for everyone involved.

Pretty sure defense witnesses will/would be impacted by media also, who couldn't be? Especially those who live in the area.
But I bet D witnesses will learn from watching States and know how to "curb" their testimony (as in NOT mention media!)

ETA- I THINK!

BBM No He didn't. If he ran away. He would have been gone. That is the what the evidence shows. If he was out of GZ eye sight during the call and took off running for home.. He would have been there and they never would have found him.

The evidence shows that he was there waiting somewhere. Hiding waiting for GZ.

So...this witness doesn't care about anything, but after she saw the news, she believes Zimmerman was on top...prosecution witnesses have been horrible...
