this means not much to me because I have known girls that were 5 ft and 98 lbs and were scrappers.. They would MESS you up. Some people have more skill than others. So for me that does not negate his ability to mess GZ up.

No. Statements by GZ about TM on his call:

The word "window" is not in the transcript. Neither is "lawn".

Begin :moo: As I said in a previous post, from where GZ saw TM cutting between the houses (apparently a well known shortcut into the neighborhood because the fence did not extend all the way around the side) to where GZ stopped to call Sanford PD, TM must have walked at a normal speed to arrive at GZ's vehicle at the point where GZ said, "Yup, he's coming to check me out..."

By GZ's own words and the time on the recorded call, TM was not loitering, not "casing" houses, not veering from side to side. TM was just walking down the street in the rain on a direct path towards where he was staying that weekend. End :moo:

There were indeed two witnesses that were neighbors who said on live TV they saw George on top of Trayvon.

After the shot though. And that goes with his testimony.. OMO

IMO - GZ knew Trayvon had been screaming help. Why wouldn't he say that it was him screaming? He knew the neighbors heard it because they came out. Obviously, it wasn't quiet since many neighbors called 911. Of course, he said it was himself. JMO

I thought that because GZ had said he was yelling "help me" and it was confirmed on the tape (which he had no idea would even exist with such detail), that would mean he was telling the truth about who was screaming. I guess my question would have been......"do you agree"?

He killed a guy who was beating him as the evidence seems to show at this point.. OMO

It's your opinion that GZ was beating him and that is what the evidence shows.

It's my opinion that GZ was not being beaten and the evidence shows there was no beating.

I quoted a poster who thought he was 6'3; 140 lbs. I simply said IIRC he was 5'11; 158 lbs..

Well I draw that conclusion from GZ's call. imo

I think the point of the story is that neither she nor George knew the extent of their injuries at the time they were sustaining them. She didn't know hers were as serious as they were, and George didn't know he wasn't about to die when getting beaten by Trayvon. jmo

Not knowing that one is seriously injured is another matter and irrelevant to the case, IMHO, if Z didn't think he was seriously injured then why would he shoot to kill in the first place?

So he claimed he was seriously injured, or in fear of being severely hurt, i.e. it's all in his head, pardon the pun,:blushing: this is where evidence are needed to prove his claims.

I am still hoping to hear from anyone who might know if Z could scream the way as heard in the 911 call if he was being concussed?

From my own experience falling on concrete, I was stunned, dazed and sat on the ground for a while, unable to utter much at all.

He knows to not follow the "suspect" isn't that in the neighborhood watch handbook? He was wanting to be a police offer, shouldn't he know that a civilian should never follow a "suspect" or to confront one? And yet he did and look what happened....

And I don't think it was an appropriate role for GZ to make a determination that a person just walking in the rain is a "Suspect."

It seems that now, wanting to be a cop is indicative of something nefarious. I hate that so much is being allowed in about GZ and not about TM.

Looks like all 4 reports are coming in. GZ knowing interview and investigating techniques. Knew about SYG law but denied it during Hannity.

I guess I should at least pretend to be shocked at this, but I just can't do that.

I find GZ's version of events "suspect." IOW, I think he is lying to save his sorry behind.

Ha! And I looked it up.. Welterweights can start at 145.. And they will mess you up.. It is about skill and methods I think more than weight..

The evidence to me still supports GZ's account and nothing proves otherwise.

You know what surprises me most? If TM was pummeling GZ in the head why does he not have split knuckles....seems especially obvious since he was on the long and lean size.

Also~ sport organizations are notorious for over exaggerating size and weight, I would go with the ME's report

We all know that head injuries can be deadly. It gives to reason someone who is getting their head slammed would feel threatened and would feel scared for their life.

Which would put Trayvon Martin from 30 to 50 pounds below average weight for a boy of his height....at 6' 2 or 6' 3, which ever was closest. He was too thin but boys can be gangly at that age.IMO

JMO Fox news producer had informed Megan Kelly while Dr Valerie Rao was on the stand about her prior complaints from co-workers,ie: washing feet in autopsy tub, not wearing gloves, unnecessary work to generate revenue etc I remember this article in the newspaper a few years ago. Wonder why they used her? JMO
