This is off-topic for the current witness, but I have a question about RJ. At first, the media thought RJ was the same girl who appeared on Trayvon's Facebook - a girl who looks to be about 5'1" and 120 pounds. His girlfriend.

RJ isn't the same girl (and if I may be blunt) it seems unlikely Trayvon would have had any romantic interest in her, for several reasons including he already had a girlfriend. And yet, they were on the phone all day long the day Trayvon died. All day long. When one would hang up, within 2 minutes the other would call back to talk for another 20 minutes or so. All day.

What were they talking about? Has it ever come to light what was the gist of their day long discussion? If she were a girlfriend, or a girl he was romantically interested in, I could see talking all day just to hear her voice.

What was going on, has it ever come to light? Why hasn't anyone asked her that, on the stand?

IMHO

They should have tested GZ's fingernails for his own head cells.

But GZ wasn't sure where he shot TM....yea right. Point blank to the heart. IMO
No wonder GZ walked away never attempting to check on the person he just killed.

Absolutely...you don't turn your back on a living opponent When you F E A R for your life...what an actor this guy is!! No wonder he wanted to do an reen-ACT-ment...Loves the attention and the camera!! IMO

:twocents:

IMO, if TM ran twice, he had MORE than ample time to run home to his father's residence, especially since GZ lost sight of him. R? (the friend on the phone with TM at the time) stated that TM said that (paraphrasing) "he was right behind his father's residence". A HUGE ? for me is why did TM not just go home if he was in fact in fear for his safety/life? IMO he could outrun GZ 10 times over.

I just can't get past that and several other issues using my own common sense.

Again, JMO.

TM doesn't need to go inside his house, he has every right to stand outside and talk to his friend on the phone. He may not have felt all that "scared" of GZ but may have been wondering why he was being followed. I would wonder why I was being followed. However, he did run from GZ, he didn't run towards him he ran from him. GZ, however was following him, not the other way around. GZ wasn't fearful of TM, he said in one of his interviews that he was and that was why he rolled up his window, but once TM ran, GZ must have known to not fear anymore, right? When someone runs from you one would think they are not a threat any longer.

I own hoodies too. Big difference I don't go into stores with the hood pulled up.

Hoodies pulled over the head are worn for a reason during robberies -- because they HIDE THE FEATURES of the individuals wearing them.

So, you are saying Trayvon looked like a robber because he went into the store with his hoodie up? Wow. Even the 7-11 clerk said Trayvon did nothing wrong that and not once did he feel like anything was wrong. Let's not stereotype!

On bad hair days, I wear my hoodie up into stores and other places. I would hope nobody thought I was a robber. That is profiling, stereotyping and simply wrong. JMO I also wear a hat on bad hair days with dark sunglasses...

This is why were are here. GZ profiled, stereotyped a teenager based on his looks and what he was wearing (not saying racially). Thought he was on drugs, up to no good, ^($#*(% punk who was going to get away. In the end, the teenager was doing nothing but going to 7-11 to get a drink and candy.

All this shows is that GZ was indeed bleeding at the time.. He was injured..

All this testimony does not refute GZ's Testimony...

Wouldn't they have bagged his hands since he was the shooter and done gunshot residue tests? I haven't heard anything about that, but I have not been able to watch as much as others.

Since TM had been walking in the rain, would not his sweat shirt have been wet? If it was wet, would that degrade/wipe away blood?

He was seen by witnesses holding his head, that was bleeding, after the shooting.

I would think there would certainly be his own DNA under his fingernails.

Maybe he hit himself in the head with his own gun? One never knows...

This DNA testimony is huge!

I believe in one of gz's interviews, he stated he had slipped or was maybe pushed - he wasn't sure. I think it was one or more of the interviews he gave to police, and is my own opinion based on what I recall. I believe the possibility exists he slipped on the wet grass, perhaps even while holding his flashlight, and could have unintentionally caused his own injuries without even realizing it, in my opinion this is a reasonable possibility.

That is a great question... I don't know since he admitted being the shooter???

I know that now...I have lots of reading to do tonight!

Make sure you set your advanced search settings to before 5/2013 if you want to see what Parks was saying before the trial. If you google to the present you'll just get pages and pages of furious backpedaling. jmo

That is an excellent point and he could have been running. IMO I thought during one of the 911 calls that he is breathing heavy like he had been running.

I believe they were childhood friends. When TMs parents divorced, he moved away. They were reacquainted the beginning of Feb. maybe they were just catching up.

Anyone know who is doing the cross? TIA

I don't believe it was self-defense. But, thank you for your thoughtful post. Totally agree with you on FCA! Still ticks me off that she got away with killing that sweet baby. :furious:

I totally agree about CA and hopefully she will get her justice by means of Karma- if not in this lifetime, somewhere in time. What goes around... :)

I'm guessing the police didn't see this as some mysterious case. GZ defended himself, shot TM that was that. I don't see why LE would have been preserving everything for DNA testing, etc as if there were questions as to whom was involved imo.

My local convenience store profiles white elementary school children. They're only allowed in the store two at a time and must leave their bags at the door.
