Everyone can ask others to do the opposite, post EVIDENCE that Trayvon confronted Zimmerman. There is no evidence that Trayvon confronted GZ. Only the person's word, who is trying to get out of a prison sentence.

Innocent till proven guilt. Prosecution has burden in THIS country.

Boy could Judge Stephens in the Arias case learn a lot from this judge! I really like her no-nonsense style. Very firm.

She could if she needs schooling in how to commit reversible error, imo. This judge has been reversed twice in the last six weeks. Once in this case. Almost unheard of imo

If you mean verbally, I believe RJ made it clear that Trayvon was first to engage in a verbal confrontation. IMHO

IMO, if the Arias case had this judge, the trial would have been over in a month to six weeks. We would not have heard all about Jodi and Travis's sexual escapades, we would never had heard the lies about the pedophilia, we wouldn't know the names Bobby Juarez and Matt McCartney. We probably would have heard only about Darryl since Jodi lived in the house they were buying together during the time she was actually "going with" Travis.

Yabbut....we never would have gotten the opportunity to hear Juan Martinez say "Bobby Juarez" and "brassiere". :blushing:

As an aside....My Dghtr is a CSI currently in latents..I asked her about DNA, blood, prints in this case..It was her opinion that weather, rubbing, water, conditions of exposure can and does destroy DNA, blood latents, and trace evidence......She told me " mom think of this, If you were grilling, cut your finger and touched the tongs, but you went inside because of a rain storm, and came back out later ...your prints, blood, and DNA probably would most likely be compromised... a lot of variables that can occur to effect.

And the one who recorded the testimony of Rachel and released it to the media without her knowledge and submitted a sworn affidavit about the whole Rachel situation. Can.not.wait for his deposition.

That the defense had a right to call Crump. GThe judge ruled they couldn't. They had it overruled.

Oh okay. I wonder why they would want to talk to him? Yeah, that would be interesting.

I do agree with the judge. I know tomorrow is a holiday but let them depose him tonight. I don't always agree with defense or prosecution dragging out a case. There was a horrible abuse of this in the Arias case.

Maybe the attorney has been dodging them. Surely they can get this done and this case can be resolved.

IMO, if the state rests today, they have proven nothing.
