And to be honest, The ME just showed that TM was alive longer than we thought and could still have been moving.... IMO

That's what I thought he was saying, too. Then after ME was interrupted, and a bit of business back and forth, the ME actually grinned. Strange.

Just as GZ said.

I guess we don't get to see the pics.

That's why he was monitored by a physician. Was TM? imo

I have no evidence he was or wasn't. Do you know if GZ had any unmonitored illegal street drugs in his system that night?

  • #224
exactly like GZ did not identify himself ....so the undercover agent should have had the right to shoot GZ in your opinion?

Well done. The rules are always different for GZ- ain't that special? IMHO

This is about to get painful for the family.

People don't die instantly, it takes the amount of time it takes a person to drown if their heart stops beating, IMHO.

It's all about brain death and lack of O2 to the brain - and that takes awhile. Once the heart stops beating oxygenated blood to the brain, the brain takes some time to shut down.

I would think he was conscious for another 45 seconds, and alive for a full 2 minutes. IMHO

How soon was LE on the scene? Was GZ taken away from the scene as soon as they arrived?

And GZ is supplying all the facts? IMO

IMO there is only one absolute fact: Trayvon Martin is dead and George Zimmerman shot him. IMO

  • #227
No one is getting pictures yes?

If GZ was taking his prescription meds he'd be a lot more jacked up than Trayvon. MJ, on the other hand- makes people more mellow- less violent.
Mixing scripts is a bad idea. IMHO.

IMO, it can only be speculated upon how someone reacts/may react to medications/illegal drugs (unless the person voicing their opinion was the person taking said medications/illegal drugs, of course). And as far as marijuana, I can tell you for a fact that it effects people in different ways. Yes, one tends to be that it "mellows" one out however another, in my own experience, is that it makes one anti-social and testy. Either way, it's impairing.

IMO as well as fact.

IMO, if Zimmerman had planned this, he surely would not have called the police non- emergency line. He would have shot Trayvon before Trayvon could have attacked him and played the Jodi Arias card--"I WASN'T THERE!" IMO, some of you are acting as if George Zimmerman is stupid because he hasn't gotten his degree yet, but he is a genius at concocting up a quick story about the screams, what both he and Trayvon said, etc.

I think he wanted to overstep his bounds and terrorize the kid. And he was in CYA mode because GZ didn't like following the rules. imho
The multiple stories about looking for addresses (even though he had told cops to just call him) and being called "Homey" are certainly no indication of genius, imho.

A tweet scrolling on WFTV just said Trayvon's mother is NOT in the courtroom right now, she didn't hear that he was still alive after the shot. Per Kathi Belich.

So in this testimony that he was alive for seconds/minutes after the shot- it will erase all the speculation that GZ was *lying* when he said he moved TM's arms and they were not in the same position.imo

Hollow point bullets do tremendous damage to body. I am sure surgeons would like them outlawed. That is if someone was concerned about someone living. IMO

It appeared to me that both the mom and brother were escorted out of the courtroom after their testimony. If the mom is in the courtroom, she is not sitting in the same seat as usual.

There is not proof of this though.. In fact on 911 call he says.. TM is holding his hand in his waistband. GZ is nervous about this..

He is nervous on the whole call. It is another reason I believe he was just tracking him.. to see where he was going for police.. Not getting close to him.

Okay ballistics experts....tell us the difference and the "benefits"/drawbacks of each. Thank you!

Does anyone have a live link/stream for the trial? I haven't been able to find a reliable one...

TIA!

Are they still under oath, and technically could be recalled? I noticed his mom wasn't sitting next to Tracy.

I do not disagree with that. I also believe many if not all perscription drugs on their own have serious side effects including those GZ was prescribed.

Serious side effects known are: agitation, aggression, mood swings, abnormal thoughts.

http://www.rxlist.com/adderall-side-effects-drug-center.htm

Those are *serious* side effects. All medications have 'serious side effects' listed for them. Has anyone testified that GZ suffered *serious* side effects from his meds? Or rather did GZ simply respond as prescribed to the meds he was prescribed? Restoril is for sleep and Adderall is prescribed for depression or anxiety. I take a number of meds, prescribed by my doctor, and suffer from NO 'serious side effects' from those meds. They work as they are prescribed to treat.

Don't know the answer.
