Wow. Those tweets do not portray him the way the media has... although those tweets do not have any baring on whether or not he attacked Zimmerman or that Zimmerman shot him in cold blood. They do, however speak to the character of Trayvon.

just imo - none of these "tweets" have even been verified, and they have nothing to do w/ this case, because GZ did not know him, there for can not use any Trayvons previous teenage decisions against him - idk as far as all the evidence in the media, i really wish ppl would watch the trial and see b4 they decide on it, cuz a lot bad info was given to the press on the case, and i would want to make sure some thing is real b4 i use it as a basis for an arguement - imo

What evidence suggests he did?

His 911 call and his known prior behavior with following TM and being armed while on "neighborhood watch"

IMO he's a wanna be cop. No great mystery there.

And, there is ZERO evidence that Trayvon was doing anything other than going to get an ice-tea and skittles.

Absolutely.Chad Joseph is giving vital evidence on behalf of the prosecution.
Now listening to cross....

You must remember incorrectly. He provided medical documentation of a doctor's visit.

Thanks, I'll watch for the documentation in the trial.

The defense has them in their discovery and they plan on using them if they need to.

I will say that I don't think George left his car that night with the intent to shoot Trayvon. I will give you that for sure!!!! Nothing I have read or heard brings me to that conclusion.

Which is why I don't think this is 1st Degree Murder - which that would be.

As far as current testimony. The wind noise currently being discussed could have changed because he turned a corner or covered by a building.

I've not commented here because its getting a little tit for tat imo but here goes.

So if I or anyone else happens to be standing on a friends lawn that immediately makes me/them suspicious?
Not imo, people stand on my lawn all the time, people I don't know....it makes no difference to me

I've wondered about this. IIRC, I heard TM was standing under a tree. If that's true he may have been waiting out an increase in rain. Whenever it rains, in Rochester, there are periods of harder and lighter rain. If I'm waiting to go to my car at Wegmans I'll wait to see if the rain will calm down soon. A lot of people are standing next to me doing the same thing. I wonder if he took refuge under a tree for a moment. JMO

This judge seems to really dislike the defense team.

So, under FL law as a woman walking home at night, if I was to see a man following me, and I noticed that even when I stopped he was still there so I continued to walk.

My scenario I don't want to go to my apartment because I don't want this strange man to know where I live, but he continues to follow me, I am beginning to seriously fear for my life, I had been raped in the past so my fear was heightened to severe anxiety, and this man is not going away.

I have a gun in my purse, I turn around and he is still walking toward me so I shoot; would that be considered within my rights?

I have intentionally tried to avoid ALL media on this case (and that is VERY difficult seeing how I live in the state of Florida.)

Point taken on the fact that those tweets have not been verified. I will go back and edit my comment to state such.

His 911 call
Where he said he's going to attempt to apprehend Martin?

and his known prior behavior with following TM
He's followed individuals before and attempted to apprehend/detain them?

and being armed while on "neighborhood watch"
Except it has been stated repeatedly he was not on any sort of official activity that night, so he was not "on 'neighborhood watch'"; he was but an ordinary citizen lawfully exercising his second amendment rights.

IMO he's a wanna be cop. No great mystery there.
Okay. But where is the evidence that he attempted to detain or apprehend Martin?

Wow next witness. After the JA trial, the pace of this trial is refreshing.

I am sure this has probably been discussed ad nauseum, but I am new to following this case, so please forgive in advance. :)

What are the theories about why GZ called a non-emergency number if he thought TM looked so suspicious? GZ seemed to infer or imply that TM may have a weapon (hand in his waistband) and may have been on drugs.

IMO, those sound like LE 'dog whistles' that would seem to convey this was a potentially dangerous guy.

So why not call 911?

Witness 4 now? yes??

I don't think he was either.

the state charged 2nd degree, not 1st.

It was unbelievable. GZ's friend looked like a fool on the stand. This judge handled it perfectly.

Yeah, I like the prosecutor, assumed it happened today. When I found out it happened two weeks ago I was stunned. It seems obvious to me that the defense deliberately sat on it and pulled it out now. Why wasn't this brought up before?

No, it would not. You would go to jail and be charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault, or murder depending on the outcome of the shooting. There has to be an act of aggression towards you for deadly force to be used. Someone walking behind you, even stopping when you do, is not aggressive. You having been raped before, although tragic, has no bearing on the right of the individual to be in a public place, conducting a lawful activity, and gives you zero right to end their life (or attempt to).

IMO

The defense has them in their discovery and they plan on using them if they need to.

but you didn't provide a link and if you google trayvon tweets, you get a bunch of different ines depending on the website - from - only a couple a year ago about sizzcors to some really crazy and i believe fake ones imo - thats why i am saying we need to see the real evidence and not depened on the media and blogs in this case
