holy moly! i am watching on hln so i have been behind - and this comment isn't towards whether who did what - but instead - wth is this DT doing!!!! omg imo nurmi and wilmont were better - first they open w/ a joke - which in closing i am sure the prosecutor will say how they weren't taking the death of a kid seriously - and now the DT doesn't object to the 911 calls untill after the first one is played???????? because why??? idk he didn't realize - or dbl check what the evidence numbers referred to when he was asked if he objected???? and this is only the first day?????

What's the State trying to prove with the previous 911 calls? That he was annoying?

Not sure. They had the neighbor of GZ on HLN. The neighbor said his house was robbed 3 weeks before GZ shot TM and that TM was in his yard. He also said that there were 9 robberies in the past year in the neighborhood and all were done by young AA men. I am not saying that what the neighbor said is true, only saying that is what he said. This neighbor wants GZ's previous phone calls admitted into evidence because he said it will show GZ's past good behavior.

I hope you'll be able to watch the testimony of the 911 dispatcher-----I was really impressed by him. His answers didn't attempt to favor one side or the other. They were honest and open with no beating around the bush or drama. After cross, I didn't get the impression his testimony helped the prosecution to any great extent.

There is NO evidence that GZ was out to get anybody that night.

Please go through the discovery and see for yourself.

I disagree, and I have. I think there is a great deal of evidence showing exactly this. All of it is, of course, subject to interpretation, but in this case we can match what Zimmerman said at the time to what we KNOW was actually occuring. Self defense is affirmative, which places some burden on Zimmerman's team to make the case.
