I saw that one too. I just mean that, when hounded by media, a person who doesn't want the attention will say nothing and turn away from cameras.
You are absolutely right about the A's credibility! At least, to their credit, they are laying low. For now.

In her defense she did keep her head cast down in a position indicating shame. She did show emotion when the subject of Caylees death came up and she did refuse to discuss that. She barely answered the questions. It wasn't like she did a full blown interview. She is just an ordinary woman accosted by the press. Almost anyone would be uncomfortable in that position...

Was it just a gift given to George personally ? or is there financial hanky panky going on ? This revelation could be just cause for in depth financial investigations.

Gosh what bizarre twist and turns this case has. My head keeps spinning. I agree with most if GA was having an affair, it doesn't have anything to do with us (the public) or the case. But if has told RC that Caylee was dead prior to the remains being found, somebody is in big poo-poo. And too as long as there is proof he did say that and it not be just hearsay. Can't wait to hear or see the out come of this. I am kinda leaning towards this may have something to do with info that was sealed. I may be wrong, want be the first time.
What is a Bat phone? I always thought of it being a "secret phone" only select few have the number. I knew someone one time that called his fax machine the bat phone. When he wanted to make "secret private" phone calls he would unplug the fax machine and plug regular phone into the line to make or receive the call. Would say I am on the bat phone. LOL
RC keeping the message that we have seen from supposely GA. I don't find that odd. If she felt that was "special" to her I could see her doing that. And again she could have done it for other reason later down the road. ($$$$) If I was going to do it for that, there is going to be a heck of alot more than what we have seen. I would have them printed out before I deleted them.

Concerning this woman's name and what all she goes by..........during the video of her and her sister at the jail RC clearly tells the officer behind the plexiglass partition that her name is RC and she even spells Cruz out for her. As far as her having different names I will offer up my own "list" of names. I have been married twice now. I have some people that know me by my nickname and maiden name, nickname and ex husband last name, first name and ex husband last name, nickname and husbands last name, first name and husbands last name, first name and maiden name. My daughters schools know me as my first name however friends and family call me by my nickname. My grandmother always puts my nickname on the check she gives me for my birthday so when I go to cash it I must sign my FULL name and show ID that has my FULL name on it. My nickname is part of my middle name so my middle initial would not help. My point in all of this? RC could very well have the middle name of Crystal and some know her as that name. RC could very well have been married more than once and be known by those names as well. I find nothing hinky at all about the names, if I did then I would be in trouble myself.

ETA: I will belive RC, her sister and KB about this before I believe GA, BC or any of the defense. As of right now we have no proof that RC and her group are liars while we have ample proof that GA and his group ARE.

I have been thinking, what if George did have this affair on purpose? Could this be his way of throwing "It Was An Accident" possibility out there to taint the jury pool? Now, the media is mentioning another name as the mistress. CH, could there be more than one? The picture I saw look like River to me. This is all so confusing.
She also claims she gave George money and that he deposited the money under his mother's maiden name, could that be where all the monies are being hidden? Something for the JAC to look at IMO.
I also find it interesting that River says LE came to her. I wonder why? What did LE find out prior? I am beginning to wonder if LE has found something out about George and they are doing some quiet investigating on him. What if what ever happen to Caylee, happen while Cindy and Casey were fighting?

RC's sister said LE told RC that other women had also given GA money. If true that means LE already knew about other women.They may have had access to GA's multiple phone records from another woman's phone and that's how they tracked down RC.Pure speculation on my part. I really don't care about any alleged affairs.I think, like most of you here,we care about any evidence LE may have obtained.We shall see!

KATHI BELICH, REPORTER, CNN AFFILIATE WFTV, COVERING STORY: Well, there`s a hearing next week about the indigence issue. The judge will decide whether to find her indigent, whether the taxpayers will pay for the rest of the costs of her defense.

We have a deadline ticking here. The new evidence that has surfaced, that`s under investigation. Prosecutors asked the judge for permission to keep it secret from the defense. The judge agreed to do that 30 days.

That deadline is coming up in about 3 weeks, 2 1/2 weeks from now. If prosecutors want to extend it they have to justify to the judge why they think that needs to be extended.

Also, there`s more than 1,000 pages of new evidence that the defense has recently received that we should be getting soon as well. Some of it concerning a very troubled woman who`s trying to edge her way into this case and some other evidence as well.

I am now firmly in the camp that the story is irrelevant, for the most part. The BIG story we should be talking about is if ABC fronted Baez money. This is not a poke at anyone, I enjoyed the George affair as much as anyone. Now that the weekend is over, I have had some 'thinking' time. JMHO, as always.

It was her sister who actually spoke to the media and once the media has THAT on the Anthonys? There is no way she will avoid it. lol. The pictures I saw of her this morning is where the media was following her out of the police station or the courthouse, not her going to them.

I am starting to wonder about something. It bothers me that the tattoo was mentioned. Maybe George or Casey (from George) gave a description to an LE sketch artist? And because it included a tattoo, LE kept this bit of info back as a way to eliminate potential Zanny Nannies? This would have been when they might have still thought there might be a Zanny out there. It would be one of those details only the LE would know to screen out Zanny Nannies should they find one or one would get sent their way.

I also wonder if this was the big bombshell that was going to come out at trial? That's the way I always interpreted Baez when he said we would all understand at trial, that he had something he was going to hold back until he trial itself. He may have thought that whatever he had would raise enough reasonable doubt to get an acquittal or mistrial. What if Casey did have a nanny that babysat for free? Maybe she made a deal with George - she wouldn't tell Cindy about his affair if he got someone to watch Caylee for her, and that way Cindy would be off of both their backs? And maybe they schemed to have this mistress go down for what happened to Caylee, which would be a HUGE reason to not want DC to talk and why DC refused to talk for so long because he found out about it? And maybe he screwed them all over by letting the cat out of the bag too early?

Or maybe I watch too much TV and too many movies. I can totally see Baez having an AHA moment in court - "So you say the nanny doesn't exist? Then I give you all - THE REAL NANNY!" and then he points to the mistress in the audience, who had been there to support George and had no idea this was going to happen. It almost sounds like a Jerry Springer moment, lol.

If that is what might have happened, then I am glad she came forward now so her name can be cleared. And if DC did spill the beans, I don't blame him for moving...

I just bumped the other thread. JS signed the order on 2/24/10. Which by my calculations give the SA 10 more days, if they are counting weekends and not just M-F. I honestly don't know. I'll find out though and post it in the other thread so as to keep this one on topic.

What if George says she was trying to get money from him because she had texts and pictures.Maybe that is why she did not go to LE. Back then money was coming in from pictures and interviews everyone thought George and Cindy were making a bundle off of Caylee.When I read her tweet about having to tell her son there was not gonna be a christmas it seems she has money problems.No mention of GA fleecing her.Since no one knew of her back then she could have let him have it but she didn't.JMO:waitasec:

This takes me back to the money GA blew from his Workman's Comp claim.
First he blew it on internet gambling, then it was a Nigerian money scam. Maybe it was actually spent on other women in previous affairs. Total speculation on my part.Just thinking out loud.

I've tried to read every post but the thread is long so I hope I'm not repeating a point that's already been made. It wouldn't surprise me if the affair between GA and RC was already underway when Caylee went missing. This woman has been around since the beginning imo. I say this because many of KC's friends, during their interview with LE, state that one of the subjects that KC personally talked to them about was that her father was involved in an affair and that her parents were headed for divorce. Two peeps who stated this were Chris S. and Annie D. iirc. Also I think TL and/or friends may have mentioned it as well as best friend, Ryan P. Why would she independently tell this to so many of her friends if there wasn't any truth to the story? Amy is another one KC told this to and built that whole story around that they could move into the Hopespring house. Of course, when AH mentioned this to CA she denied it, but we know we can't believe CA either so that doesn't mean anything. Maybe CA WAS trying to think up a scheme where she could keep the house but get rid of GA.

Regardless, my opinion is that these two women are guilty of withholding important information that sheds an important light on many madeup factors relating to the case. First, they claim to have first hand info that Caylee's death was an accident. Didn't they think that important in November 2008 when the search for Caylee dead or alive was in full swing? How could anybody sit on that information and listen to all the A's lie for so long? They say the only reason they are speaking up is because LE came to them - shame on them, double shame. WHY DON'T THEY CARE ABOUT CAYLEE?

The woman is probably sticking it to GA because he owes her money - a woman scorned. She doesn't care if she tells the truth now because she is no longer protecting him and/or doesn't have a choice if LE did indeed seek her out.

Also iirc, the Bat phones as coined by CA, were provided to the A clan by DC after LE took their regular phones into custody. They were to be used only to communicate to one another as it related to finding Caylee. Did GA go against the script and use his for his personal pleasure as well? Sounds as if he did. We all know that the A's have been in on a coverup, if not from the beginning, from the first time we heard the word "pizza" imo.
