That is what I thought too logicalgirl, but it was the sister who did the pre-empting.

Still think the same thing - believe it is easier for the sister - she is not so emotionally involved and can dodge the questions LE may have told them not to answer. And this woman may be hugely embarrassed, especially when she gets a feel for the mountain of criticism she is facing.

I can think of a couple of tough situations I've been in when I would have liked someone there to answer questions on my behalf - LOL

Everything that was reported was reported as having happened by Skye the only thing I saw were a pic of a text and a pic of George with this River/Krystal Person look at NG transcript the reporters were told well they say they exist and I believe them I don't believe and wont believe until I see records of these logs and the texts and pics

But I sincerely hope these types of statements can either be proven without question (at least to the moderator) or not allowed to sit on such a fine site as WS. Integrity is everything and this site is known for it's integrity.

Whatever we feel about these women, whether they deal in truth or not...certain only truth (not rumor or supposition) is the bedrock foundation here.

The digging for information is just like Kronk - maybe worse. Someone surely warned her it was going to get ugly.

I believe this information is true - and the affair isn't important to me. I want George discredited and whatever information available to come out to move this case forward. Too many people thrown under the bus - now it's time for the one or ones who did the crime to take their turn. Sigh.

In many gated communities, yes someone checks you in... verifies who you are visiting, your name and takes down your license plate. This is the type of place that RC lives in, at least that was the impression I got from what KB said last night on NG. The other communities have a gated access code you punch into a keypad, often times those have surveillance cameras as well! Hope that helps!

If you visit a gated community is there someone at the gate who would check you in and out?

Just like anything else, their are secure gated communities (with security, sign in logs, etc), and there are some that have gates and there are a billion ways to get in (key cards, passcode numbers that anyone can share, etc. According to K Belich, the sisters gated community has some records, that show multiple "visits" by GA. Which, means little, in and of itself, heck, GA could have been delivering pizza as an outside job for all we know, but there apparently are some records of his visits. Now, how long he stayed and how frequent were the visits/what time of day/night, might tell us a lot more, but for now, that's what is known.

I'm not sure I want George discredited as I believe his testimony for the grand jury might have weighed on their decision to arrest her for murder.

I would like to know if GA was contacting this alleged other women when he attempted to commit suicide? I wonder if there were any texts or phone records from that time frame or even if she was mentioned in the suicide note.

I use to work for a Security Company we checked people in and out on our logs also we kept on file any incidence that occurred LE EMT FD if fights/arguments amongst neighbors broke out even if LE were not called we documented it listing all parties involved. We also ran the Criminal and Credit Checks as well as checked rental history if we could find any. Of course usually it was Did ______ rent from you? Were they evicted? Did they damage the property beyond normal wear and tear. nothing more than that Sometimes the former Landlords volunteered info if they were a bad tenant but we did not state that in reports we could not use it if it weren't on record

If anything, I admire and I share your concern about spreading rumors. Truth in fact , we don't know (even if we can find this info) if this "Holloway" is the CORRECT "Holloway" even if these sisters use that name. Or does this public site allow you to ascertain that ABSOLUTELY this is the woman or her sister accusing George?

You are so right to be skeptical about the scarcity of what we've seen. But, really, even if they have been "evicted from apartments" doesn't mean that detail would be a dealbreaker for a man desiring an affair. I doubt (should this be true) George was running background checks on his prospective paramours.

Here's what really bothers me. It is the viciousness of the "team spirit" in this case...whenever any information comes out...that keeps people from wanting to share what they know and get involved. If I were some neighbor of the Anthony's or just some citizen that had a key piece of evidence in this case...would I raise my head now...so every detail about my finances, my driving record, my difficulties ANYWHERE could be used to smear me for speaking up?

Not everyone is that brave. Because of THAT...the truth of little Caylee's death becomes another "victim,"

Justice for Caylee means all of us have to accept WHATEVER is the truth. Not just root for our favorite team. If these women are frauds, it will be easily proved. And it won't take delving into this kind of stuff...to discredit the really pertinent parts of their story.

And if they are discredited, The Anthonys are probably looking at a pot of gold in their legal recourse.

ITA. If she has followed this case at all, she's seen what happens to people who aren't in the A camp or defense camp. And I'm betting LE mentioned her more than resemblance to the invisinanny, and may have indirectly warned her, or maybe she became afraid herself and got her sister to speak out for her. In any event, she obviously wanted her side of the story out first before a smear campaign was launched against her. I do feel sorry for her, and I do hope she gets herself a lawyer before talking to the defense.

I also wonder if George can get in trouble for fraud. That's a big if because it would have to be proven that he took money from several women and then did not spend it on searches for Caylee. Can any of you legal eagles help me out here? Would several women claiming he took money from them be enough for a warrant to look into his finances? I have a feeling this is where GA and CA may get into real trouble. There's always a money trail - that's how Al Capone got taken down (well, for tax evasion, but still, we're talking money). Would LE be able to look into the foundation if misappropriation of funds is proven? Or would the IRS be looking into that at the request of LE?

Man, I can't wait for the hearing tomorrow. Things should get even more interesting...

If there was a gate guard why not ask them or their supervisor for corroboration? Most of the guards make 9 bucks an hr 12 hour shifts On of them would have come out to LE by now and said GA is going to a Latino woman's apartment and she looks quite a bit like this ZFG woman they described Come on I would have reported that to LE myself if I had been in the Guard shack and saw GA visited the same person he has to sign his name we document the length they are there even that is why I personally want the logs

Excellent point.

If they have erred, they have made a terribly expensive mistake in this litigious world we live in. The Anthonys will be busy in the days ahead choosing what lawyer to enrich and how to spend the settlement. If WFTV ran that story with so little...they will pay in many ways. George and Cindy may be home, smiling, looking at new homes and planning a much more luxurious cruise.

We shall see.

The police have been investigating the story for a month now and if a person was lying about things the police are doing in a murder case they would be in a little trouble.

I can see a reporter feeling safe in running with the story.

Could be that LE has "gagged" most of this info. RC already said that LE asked her not to speak "of certain things". Hence, the relatively innocent photo and the one text message that was "allowed". The gate guard logs and other "racy" pics along with more pertinent text messages would be held close to the vest by LE until release.

Its not that this "evidence" exists - its more of a "when LE says it ok to release" type thing - KWIM? We all heard of the chloroform, the syringe, all that other "stuff" way before LE verified that it even existed - but it did exist.

I just have to throw this out here because this thought occured to me. Is it possible that MN had found out about this alleged affair before he resigned in Nov.? I am sure this wasn't the reason behind it but it makes me curious if he had knowledge of it. I reread his letter and a couple of things stuck out to me.

The other thing that is curious is the defenses motion they filed on Feb 9 for TES records. This is after the request from the Prosecution on Feb.3 for the Incamera Ex Parte hearing.


There was a response to that motion to the defense:


Attorney Mark Nejame says the organization can't give more information about a volunteer because she wasn't assigned to search the area where Caylee's remains were found.
