Gerald R. McMenamin on Donald Foster pg 84-88

Unknown male DNA which may be accounted for in a variety of innocent ways and which will put nobody behind bars until the DNA is matched with someone who had a connection to the Ramseys, was in Boulder that day and can be proven to have written the RN. You refer to the criminal locations of the DNA. Well, it is known that JBR's hygiene wasn't monitored that closely and that other people wiped her. The DNA could result from a wiping incident days before the murder. JBR scratching that area could result in the transfer to other locations. The fact that some was found in her blood doesn't really matter - blood's a liquid and DNA-containing materials that were there first could easily mix with it.

Where are your criminal's clothing fibres in JonBenet's little crotch area or the tape on her mouth?

Like SD, you're assuming the DNA they found is all of one type. Maybe check the news more, because this DNA is possibly more than one type, and is located in as many as four places: in solution with blood found in her underwear, on each side of her longjohn waistband, and under her fingernails. She's covered with this DNA, and for all you know its skin cell plus saliva.

Let us not forget the paintbrush she was assaulted with - this could result in the 'unknown' DNA.

..I thought DeeDee said clearly that the other samples were contaminated.....

Now, here I thought she was 'covered' in hair & fibers from her parents....

DeeDee said that? Well that settles it then. After all we all know DeeDee is in charge of the investigation. Has access to all the evidence.

Oh wait, no. DeeDee isn't in charge. The last one in charge of the investigation that actually SAID anything OFFICIAL was the DA's office, and they exhonerated the R's.

Are you saying that digital penetration would not detect or change virginity in a 6 year old? An adult finger could not reach the hymen?

Yes, that is what I am saying. The hymen is higher up, near the cervix, the opening of the uterus.

Actually, I AM in charge. That's why I'm in the "Program". You know...the one in my "location".

Nobody? The ones I've spoken to sure as he** are!

Absolutely not! On my honor!

In the police file, would be my guess.

You've said it yourself, HOTYH: parental DNA wouldn't make any difference unless it was blood or semen, and there was none of either. I've got plenty of other things, though.

Produce an IDI who is 'worried' of new RDI developments and I'll eat a bug.

Launching cows.....RUNAWAY!

IDI has two things: it's too horrific - so, logically, the parent could not possibly do it. (I won't mention every horrific crime committed against children here - we know.)

OR the DNA - :woohoo: - NOT!

and then there is the RDI - & theories too numerous....and nothing solved.

I am omnipresent, this is not my opinion...

I'll say this: you and voynich are a lot more confident about the linguistic angle than most of the IDIs I've talked to. They got quite worried when Chief Beckner brought it up back in February. I guess they remember that the first and only official analysis didn't go so well for the Rs.

Count Donald loss was a necessary sacrifice for I shall have a new apprentice, one far younger and more powerful. :croc:

Oh, this is just too good!

[ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B8Lis3S1S8Y"]YouTube - JonBenet Ramsey murder investigation will move to the jurisdiction of the Boulder Police Department.[/ame]

Not the video itself, but the comments underneath. I don't think it's kosher for me to post the actual comments in full, but as far as I know, there's nothing against pointing you to the right ones.

Look at the one made by rosevillmb dated 5 months ago.

Buono appetito, paisan!

I think that's MY line, if my gut feelings about what Beckner said are right.

No 'worried IDI', no bug. Sorry SD keep looking. All I saw was a very nice video of the DA and BPD.

No good trying to back out now!

Look again, HOTYH. It's not the video itself. It's the comments page. The one from rosevillmb dated 5 months ago, to be exact. I'd post it here, but I don't think I'm allowed to do so.

But I SHALL keep looking! Do you really think that was the only one I had? Try this one on for size:

http://www.youtube.com/comment_servlet?all_comments&v=-cw1w3zZXeY&fromurl=/watch?v=-cw1w3zZXeY

Scroll down to about four-fifths of the page. It's our friend rosevillmb again, dated 5 months ago. And this time, he/she states it flat out.

maybe they will conclude IDI

They might at that. I don't deny that possibility. But, and this is the important part, at least they'll do it honestly.

And if they conclude RDI? I only ask out of curiosity; not much can be done about it at this point.

Count Donald loss was a necessary sacrifice for I shall have a new apprentice, one far younger and more powerful.

In all seriousness, voynich, it wouldn't bother me so much if they had immediately tried again with someone else. You have to wonder why they didn't. Could it be that they were afraid that it would come out the same way?
