Wow! It will all be explained away when they go to trial according to Baez!! How wonderful!! We, the world, will "understand" why she did all this!! I can hardly wait!!
:sheesh:
Baez was NOT in the vehicle with Cindy, so he could not have surrendered Casey to the bondsman. Unless he was in the Bondsman's vehicle, but all reports from that day say he left his office before Cindy did. Suppose he could have met up with the BM.
I wish just ONE of the news teams would have captured the side-of-the-road arrest on camera so we would know who was in the Bondsman's vehicle.
JB's office is in Osceola County, that may be why they didn't swoop down at the office. I am sure Osceola would not have minded, and probably would have arrested her for Orange County (and done it with huge smiles on their faces). Because of the different jurisdiction (hope I spelled that right) - OCSO probably had to wait until she was in Orange County, they were following Cindy's car remember. the switch might have taken them a bit by surprise - they could have been planning to follow them back to the house and arrest her there.
A bondsman was in the vehicle. Cindy was taking her back to jail following the issue of KC warrant. She got a call that there were protestors waiting at the jail, and did not want to be in the middle of that mess.
The bondsman is allowed to enter the "Sally Plaza" entrance, but no private civilians, so no protestors, but CA is not allowed there either.
They switched cars under the bridge to avoid cameras. As is common practice, they BB was in an unkown SUV to LE (Padilla and company frequently used this practice to evade media) so KC surveillance detail stopped them because to them it could have been an attempt to flee for all they knew, and took her in..
Baez was in neither vehicle, that is correct.

You all make such good points....and we have to have a little levity to keep from going insane knowing this little precious child is missing..........why doesn't someone ask that as@ why she doesn't just tell the police? get it over with...lets hear her story, her version, her absoloutely inane asinine answer.
:furious: I might as well have my stroke now as waiting until she gets to the trial...spill it girly...lets hear your story.
I think I have had enough of this case until trial.

ETA: sorry, meant to say this account is from LP, as told to him by one of the agents in the car that took her in.
I will come unglued if this doesn't go to trial!! OMG!So you say, my dear, so you say:blowkiss:
Still saying will not go to trial, maybe we will be spared at least that.
I see, I did not know about the different entrance. That explains a lot!
Cindy was allowed back there once for some reason, I remember one of the stations filming her from outside the fence (this was 2 months ago or so). Seems like she was just there for an interview or something, although the reporter wasn't sure.

Cozy indeed.
I thought it was common knowledge that GR was the one who set up LP with JB.![]()
When hell freezes over and hell?!Didn't you listen? Baez has instructed her to wait for the right time and place. :waitasec:
I'm just reading here and not watching (thank you all very much for sparing me the pain, BTW). If she is so anxious to tell her story, how is she gonna do that if she isn't committed to testifying at trial??? I must just be too slow to comprehend the strategy of JB.
Ah, venting is good for the nerves - of course if you do it out loud while sitting at your computer, other people in the house tend to look at you funny. Even my dog has started to give me strange looks - sort of like this -- then he scurries into the other room!
