I did watch the video on her site last week and IIRC, GSJ stated that people are looking or something to that effect, so there were people in the area.

If it was GSJ that alerted him to the area he may never admit it cause he may be hoping for a reward.

Their tape does show the sign at the correct corner and the turn to the right onto Suburban.

If I had a suspicious mind, I might think they filmed all over Orlando and, after the remains were found, snipped and showed only the part of the film in that area. If I had a suspicious mind.

This is where the defense is going I presume. Once Baez gets all the discovery he will craft his defense. That is the luxury, especially in Florida, for defense attorneys. He can say and do what he pleases now, and during the trial take a completely different approach. What he does today is to arouse doubt, that is all.

He can't honestly bring a defense of fictitious, whimsical nannys, and dubious characters pretending to read meters while they run around to frame his client.

I think he will plead out once he maximizes his publicity. If not, he will minimize her exposure to sentencing by crafting his defense on what many suspect and mental defect. He has nothing otherwise and he certainly isn't going to let Casey take the stand to tell her sordid fables of intrigue.

That's what I'm afraid of, too, Broderick. But wouldn't the state just be able to say that Caylee was in Casey's custody during the period of time of her death and if there is no substantiating proof otherwise . . . Casey is guilty. Or is there something even more substantial needed? I don't know, have zero legal knowledge but am concerned that we need more direct evidence to tie Casey to the murder. Like finding Casey's fingerprints on the tape that sealed the outside of the garbage bag. What do you all think?

After watching the YouTube video of GSJ supposedly on Aug 11, I agree with you, Spyglass.

GSJ overshot the actual site where Caylee was found by at least 200 feet. I also think that it may have been a missed opportunity because the dog was uncomfortable for whatever reason before GSJ stopped the car. The dog may very well have found the bag if the car had stopped earlier.

So the dog is psychic too? I am sorry - but I really doubt this woman. How do we know she didn't make videos similar to this at other sites around Orlando? Just in case the body was later found there? I found it suspicious that they had these "feelings" - yet they did no real search there. Why didn't they focus there if they felt it was the right spot? I think they had these same "feelings" at several spots around town....and I remember them doing searches in other areas they "felt" were significant. Sorry, but I am a doubter here.

Thank you! I know this isn't the forum for taking off on rabbit trails. I just don't want to see the good people here using this video as a clue because there are too many "mis-truths" for anyone to go there. I wrote Geraldo. Let him look into it and he'll find out the truth if he does.

Yes - it is weird it is the same day. Geraldo asked her if she saw a bag and she said no. She said the vegetation was dense and there was water. She did not say a body was not there. There is a huge difference. She did not go far in.

As to the meter reader...if...and I say "if" he saw the same bag he found recently back in August...he must have had to dig through that vegetation and wade through some water. It was really covered in August.

That brush was really thick in that video. I personally think the MM did see the bag, but from a distance, you know how you can see something from a different sight line but then if you have to wade into the woods to find it under the brush which you are now looking through you can't find it?

If he called when he saw it and he truly believed it was evidence he probably didn't go wading in there not wanting to disturb anything.

There is a question as to when that video was taken. I've also been told that the video was taken at the beginning of Sept. Please, look into this before making decisions!

That's why I said "supposedly August 11."

The video was of her driving down Hopespring and turning right onto Suburban. But for all I know, the video was either not on that date, was doctored from other clips, etc.

I was just saying that the video still does not show exactly where along Suburban sweet Caylee's remains were found.

Didn't the psychic say the area was full of water and when they stepped into one area the water was actually up to their knees? Well, there you have it...they didn't see it because it was under water.

And, by the way...wasn't GR the one who had a prime time show to open somebody's secret tomb or secret vault or some crap and after all that suspense OMG there was nothing there.

Maybe that's where he can take all these dumb butt, defense loving blood suckers he has with him tonight and go investigate some empty tomb somewhere.

Jose slingin' his crap about LE going back to the Anthony's today while they are in mourning. LE didn't put them in this situation ... their lying, baby killing daughter did that.

I live in Orlando and tonight my daughter and I were at the mall and then stopped out to dinner and both of us just couldn't help but think about that dear little angel and how she should be sitting on Santa's lap today, but instead her mother killed her, threw her out like a piece of garbage and her uncle and her grandparents never lifted a finger to help search and find her. Local news has been all over this case from day one when this child went missing, I have seen the big billboard with my own eyes and have seen them at the parking lot at the grocery store, but throughout this entire thing I have never seen any of them actually go out and literally LOOK for that baby and, God forgive me, I never saw one of them shed a tear, not one.

God help them through their grief, but all I can pray for is God help LE and the SA office get to the truth so that whoever duct taped that darling little child's mouth and threw her in the woods to be dismembered by animals and spread around like trash pays dearly for it.

I couldn't agree more!! Honestly, I missed the end of the segment and am a little unclear as to the last parts that I DID see because of the skull shown. I expect to see skulls when watching reports on a crime, but what I don't expect to see is a skull with a clear bullet hole through the head like the one on Geraldo's little conference table!! Not sure if that was the one they showed split screen with little Caylee's picture or not because I blanked and had a mini-meltdown after the skull with the bullet wound to the head. My beloved Mother committed suicide that way and I go out of my way to avoid anything to do with gunshots, suicide, or anything even in movies that depict bullet holes to the head. That was just a completely unnecessary and yes - even lower step that GR has taken!! Was a skull with a bullet wound to the head really the only one the famed Dr. Baden could find to use for his appearance on Geraldo??? I started out disgusted after hearing JB and Baden's wife; now there are no words!!!

Sorry for the rant - it's just that the skull with Caylee was lower than low and to use a skull with a bullet wound to the head when it doesn't even apply to this situation just made it even more exploitative and appalling to me. Please delete this post and accept my sincere apologies if it is deemed inappropriate.

If they did, I know a lot of people who could testify for the prosecution and make the defense look like they are grasping at straws. The video is bogus. The woman with the dog would testify against GSJ, believe me.

Honestly, I have zero worries about linking Casey to the murder. I have come to realize she acted alone and she was very very lazy, but very very lucky. I think she was amused and amazed that the body was not located sooner and I think she felt she was going down. After time, she garnered strength from the new man in her life and realized that perhaps there was a chance the body would never be found.

The problem is her stories and the forensics. What Baez and the family says today has absolutely nothing to do with the strategy of defense IF, and a big IF this goes to trial. I don't see this going to trial because Baez's Mack truck is too large to drive in the small swiss cheese holes there are in this case. He won't chance a trial, unless his trial strategy involves emotional immaturity and sexual incestuous abuse. His only hope in a trial is to mitigate her sentencing damages. I am confident the state has a great case and I thought they did when they didn't have the body, meter reader imagination fables aside. He should and probably will plead out but I hope the state rejects any plea and I hope this goes to trial.

I agree with you 100%! I remember the hotel episode involving GSJ and I believe the woman with the dog reported (very understandably!!) being horrified by her actions (if this is the same lady).
