Art Harris says Misty is estranged from Ron & is on the road with a friend. He also said Ron wants nothing to do with her.

Art has gotten too old to remember your youth. With that goodbye video, nah. Unless their broken up, but I don't see it. Their married for pete's sake, newlyweds, young under tons of pressures. This trip is just what the doctor ordered.

I found it very interesting in Hank Sr. utube video with the voicemail call to Tim Miller how he was trying to throw Ron under the bus, claiming he Tim was suppose to be his family and Misty's friend. But hes turning on her. It just struck me "ODD" that Hank seemed so concerned about the 35,0000 dollars. That he had witnesses.

Just like the messenger delivering for someone. Everybody seems to be representing someone else but themselves for their actions.

Thank you PattyG! I also appreciate very much that you only posted the segment that we needed to watch.

I had not seen the clip of LE making a statement in which they called the story MC has given as a farce. It helps to see their face and voice when that statement was said.

I have quit trying to glean information from Art H or TJ Hart and other media outlets regarding Haleigh's disappearance. Art H entered into the case hand in hand with one theory and backing those who brought him information that would support that theory. I have a hard time understanding if he represents the truth or the opinions associated with this case. In his latest interview he is building a scenario that Misty is "estranged" from Ronald and while by definition that might be true:

Definitely; we'd all like more facts and less spin! In this case, I think LE wanted to avoid all the disclosure frenzy that accompanied the Anthony case. But in going so far in the other direction and saying nothing has led to an equally high amout of rumor and speculation frenzy. I know it's not easy for LE to find the right line, but I think it is somewhere in the middle of these two extremes.

It's simple - If LE does't release any information then people will make it up!

I think they get their quotes from Ron and it depends who he is talking to what he says. We already know he says one thing to one person and quite the opposite to another. Lets face it Ron only really has to say he was at work, nothing more. Maybe he is playing with anyone who is not LE. It's a mystery that no one will know until LE comes out and states their facts. On the other hand Misty has her story memorized to some degree. Unfortunately for anyone who wants to help find HaLeigh it is very frustrating. None of these shows have any bomshells as far as I am concerned, the bombshells come out days before they air.

KOOL I saw that video but thanks for posting it again because others might not have seen it. I just really don't trust the media. How do we know when that video was taken? I could really care less if Ronald and Misty are together romantically or not. I don't think it's a good idea to base our assumptions in this case on what the media want us to see. I am sure that their relationship is strained and I am positive that there is a lot going on behind the scenes that we don't see. Until we hear explanations directly from the people involved I have to refrain from basing my conclusions on media and video snippets. Art H, one media outlet seems to think they are on the rocks.....that news channel that ran the goodbye video totally contradicts it. So...who do we trust.....lol.

Many in their age bracket fight/make up at the drop of a hat. This young couple's raging hormones and the drama of it all really don't provide trustworthy "snapshots" into the overall health of the relationship. Wow, I think back to being seventeen! Any other girl Misty's age would be thinking about who will take her to the sr. prom--not figuring out how to handle an adult male who already has a history of kids and women.

Always in the pursuit of anything new leading to possibly finding Haleigh.

Don't know if this has been discussed, but I'm wondering if Misty was so drugged up that she didn't notice someone come in and take Haleigh. It's just a thought. I can't help but think that this scenario is not true, but it's a possibility I guess.

If not for the fact that she was talking to LE after Haleigh was reported missing,I would have believed she was drugged.It just seems like LE would have noted that ,if true.It's possible,though.
During a 911 call you can hear Ronald yell "How could you let them take her,B&^%$!" and he tells the dispatcher he'll kill them if he finds them first [paraphrasing]. I've always felt that he might have known who was involved.Just my opinion.

Also could have been why she didn't answer the phone...sleeping off the drugs. I would think that if Haleigh was at the residence, she would have answered at least one of those calls from her Dad. It's so hard to figure this out.

Did Misty say that? I've never heard that Misty silenced the phone and this would have been a good reason for her to give for not answering. Did I miss this tidbit?

Good question AC. There's several possibilities. All the above posts are accurate. She also could have just been in a deep sleep. With the children having slept through possible phone calls, banging over and over on the door according to Hank Jr., and the neighbors not hearing this banging, leads me to believe the abductor was quiet and precise. A sneak, a pro burglar and theif. We have since had Hank Jr. arrested for like charges perpetrated upon his elder blind senior citizen neighbor along with Lisa Crosin, Mother of Misty and Hank stealing 10 checks and cashing at least one for 400 dollars that early morning hour. Who knows?

I think also another likihood, Haleigh awoke to the intruder, he was caught, and he had no choice but to take her. He was either there to get her or steal. Remember, neighbors heard and saw a red truck that night at the home. Misty doesn't give this testimony leading me to believe she knew nothing of this seen truck in the area as it appears she did go to bed, cut off all the lights, tvs and went to bed.

Nothing was stirring, not even a mouse. Me and my children sleep like that at home in the country together in bedroom cuddled up and their 21 and 11.

You are correct, we never have Misty stating anything about turning the phone off, nor did she have any transportation that night, nor has she ever testified to the police or tests of anything more detailed than after putting the kids to bed. LE keeps insisting on their theory that she's being vague, lacking in detail, and inconsistent, but I see her story fitting with what I do every night at bedtime. Nothing extravagant to report.

What I don't understand is didn't Jr. say something about a person in black (or black)? Could he have been coached or could this have happened. If all of this was going on and Misty didn't know, they why not? I mean, telephone ringing....banging at the door (if this happened), someone coming in to the bedroom where all were sleeping and Misty didn't know? There just had to be a reason why she didn't wake up and drugs is the only thing I can come up with.

She is lying and something else happened. This just doesn't make much sense.
