The As volunteered fingerprints yesterday. I would assume that means that there were other fingerprints found the other day.

I personally think that GR has just taken up with the underdog in this case because..well...someone has too, and no one else's marbles are missing enough but him.
Also, JB will need a job after this, and who better to have on his panel than the guy who thought it was his right to witness a crime scene investigation as a defense attorney?
good point!

Cindy to Casey: Are you blaming me because you're sitting in jail?

Parents offered to be fingerprinted. Why did the do that? Coming up next, after news break. :furious:

Most interesting isn't it that they have volunteered to give fingerprints ?

WTF!? The A's have cooperated with LE all along. Is he on something????

Not able to confirm or deny whether authorities are putting together obstruction of justice case against Anthonys.

Brad Conway talking about possible obstruction of justice case against CA and GA.

OMG, M. Baden said that the bugs could change in a couple days. Like the State's experts are not competent of knowing what to do with bugs, just because they receive a weekly/biweekly paycheck.

I really, really, really need Geraldo to go on NG Monday night. Please, please, please let her go at him over this "stuff".

Geraldo needs to move over and stand on the street corner...cause he is for sale...at all times...

I also feel this is going to be a promblem, not allowing the defense in to watch the autopsy. I have to agree with Michael Boden- this for sure is going to be brought up at the trial- not that she still cant be convicted but I think they should of been allowed, this way the defense cant creat any doubt of contamination, etc

I wish someone would ask Baden if he would have allowed someone to watch HIM perform an autopsy if they were from a defense team! I have never heard of allowing the defense to observe an autopsy - unless a body had been exhumed and a second examination was done. This makes no sense at all and Baden should be ashamed to even suggest it. Of course his wife is on the defense team and Baden could be looking at a huge fee if they ask him to consult.

If Cindy is a licensed nurse in FL, FDLE already has her prints, and they should have George's somewhere since he's former le.

We have a new t.v. just got it tonight and I'm thinking about throwing something through it

Around Super Bowl time, Target sells foam bricks and other tv friendly throwing items. It really helps.

Maybe you could check and see if they have them in already. I know I need it!

Hey, not at all times, he's boight and paid for right now.

Still Baden - authorities creating an issue that shouldn't be created. Never saw this before. Defense should be allowed to view autopsy. Spitz is dean of forensic pathology - bizarre that he isn't allowed in.

Ok, I'm a rookie here dumb question. Is it normal for them to be there during this time? also, at the scene of the disposal before the police have left? Thanks

man, this "Dream Team"...you really mean to tell me they are workin for free? If publicity is now a retainer fee...this is a sad day

There no such thing as a free "dream team." There's something in it for them.

A's attorney. A's don't know what the answers are. Any parent would stand by their child until they know for sure. Parents are witnesses - authorities will be very cautious in pursuing charges. Cindy may not even testify, could just use 911 call.

Perhaps the A's are following the advice of their new atty? Is LA giving up his prints too?

GR invited JB on his boat, is how it went down as I recall. GR is the rich one, JB is the one that takes broke clients.

My mistake thanks for correcting that! The A's r offering thier fingerprints I think they r scared of something that was found in the house.:furious: Why else would they get a new lawyer on board after the search warrant of thier house. They know LE found something incriminating in the house. MOO

Peeps work really well, especially if you have a large dog to clean up afterwards.

New attorney came before the search.

Kim G. thinks defense should have been allowed to sit in on autopsy.
