In an interview in the news on July 25th JB said to the media that he wanted to be able to take his client out to places of interest to see where she pointed and showed LE. That motion was nothing new, I LOVE the spin that they put out about it being for Casey to look for Caylee. It's nothing more than what he has already asked for a LONG LONG time ago in this case, kwim? When I re-read that today I spit out my Coke! She NEVER wanted to search anything, JB wants to take her on a field trip, plain and simple :liar:

Access to the documents and all the DNA forensics's would have had to be supplied to him anyway after the State file's murder charges on her Tuesday and I think that is why the judge gave the State 10 days to supply the information, the judge knows what is coming.

JB is going to try to discredit the State for not looking for Caylee alive based of the tips that were reported and not investigated by the state, JB stated that all the evidence that was leaked to the media by the State really don't exist.

It should be a good show after Tuesday.

Talk about trying your case in the media - JB knows he can't claim at trial that LE didn't follow every lead because we know they did and they came up empty handed every time - so, instead, he's telling the public that there are Caylee sightings every day and they aren't being followed up on. As much as I want to hand KC out to dry she deserves a defense and JB can't come out and say she is a big creep. He has to spread something good about her around the best he can. He really has his job cut out for him. I don't envy him. I don't think there is a thing he can do to win this case UNLESS HE finds caylee alive somewhere and we all know that isn't going to happen because unfortunately KC killed her. I also think LE has something much bigger than we know that proves Caylee is dead.

JB is so backwards. If he had any experience, he would understand that the Grand Jury is supposed to work that way. Yes it is one-sided for a purpose. The purpose of deciding who is going to be charged. He acts like it is so unfair...his poor client is being treated so unfairly. OMG I could gag!

I understand where you are coming from..but he took it too far. Stick a fork in me I am done trying to act like this isn't abnormal behavior for an attorney.. Not trying to be snarky..if it comes across like that please forgive me.

If what JB said is true, this shows how Casey manipulates people. She's got her attorney believing she's something she not.

But I also think that KC is being her chameleon-like self and showing him a vulnerable and somber character she thinks might appeal to a man who wants to be the "hero". She has created a whole new KC for him.

You are probably right.........but you know at the end of the day....where is her sadness? where is her caring about this? Look at she acts and dresses and like she has not a care in the world....I know we are not supposed to look at things like that but my God where are the tears?
