So maybe GR is trying to oust the real tape by saying they have it, instead Hoover says" no, this is the real thing" so that the defense can learn something....just thinking out loud here. Can't figure out GR promoting this evenings show, when he had NOTHiNG!!!!

If he was offered the original tape at a price, he would have took it..I call BS on this one!

Geraldo - how did A family know to search this place?

Conway - area had been mentioned by KIO, others. He's confused about what tape is being shown. commercial.

Chilly, this is where I got the info from about BC. Was BC saying the A's had Kio info and gave it to the PI or not?

Baden when talking about the duct tape talked as if it was just a piece of tape - but we have all heard that the tape was wrapped completely around the skull. Also said there was no confirmation about the duct tape or where it was.

Um - in the hearing the other day the duct tape was mentioned along with bagS and how it was processed for fingerprints.

So we do know there was definitely duct tape - just not WHERE it was found in reference to the remains or the bagS.

That's what I thought I heard, I just tuned in to the last part, and he was basically saying there was not duct tape around the skull.

That was my Defense theory, CA is blamed for Caylee going missing and KC was just lying to protect the 'family'. KC did not know where Caylee was. JB creates reasonable doubt that it was SOADI (some other Anthony did it) and KC is acquitted. When CA is charged, KC comes out and said CA could not kill Caylee because I did it.

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!! Good thinking. I have thought about the immunity for CA and then her saying she did it - but this is very possible as well if immunity is not granted.

Geraldo asked that question, Conway's answer seemed to be leading more toward what led DC to search that particular area, basically ignoring the question, and then - commercial.

It's not just a clear indication - Geraldo came right out and said the A's knew where the body was.

Wait a minute... there is no proof that this tape was the exact area that Caylee's remains were found. Even most of his guests admit that. Maybe the A's told PI where to search... but he didn't find them. So how does that prove that they KNEW where she was? If they knew back in November.. he would have found the remains, and then you could point the blame at them. BUT HE DIDN'T FIND THE REMAINS!!! Geraldo made that statement... but that doesn't mean anything, IMO. He can't even read the correct date while watching it on the screen!!
I'm confused here... everybody discounts GR and says he is full of it...but they're ready to jump on that "Anthonys knew where she was and they need to be charged" bus. WOW!! I'm amazed!!
Not directing this to you, CW. Just saying... it must be nice to be able to pick and choose which baloney out of his mouth to believe and which to discount completely, while saying "he's nucking futz!"

I think most of us on this thread feel GR was out of line to say that. At least that's how I'm taking it. It's definitely how I meant it.

I wrote to Fox back in December after GR put a skull up next to Caylee's picture, right after she'd been found, telling them exactly what I thought of the totally biased and despicable way GR "reported" this story.

Here's the response Fox sent me:

Yep! I don't know how these deals are worked out, but it would seem to me that if FOX had the tape, they had already paid for it, so...

"Pay per view" perhaps instead of owning a copy. So far, selected media has been permitted to see tape, but not to show it.
