Bah! The man's name and the dog's name are pretty much the same. It would have been funnier if the jury summons had been sent to "Fluffy", or "Pouch".

My neighbors dog won a raffle for a car!
They bought five tickets. Every family member chose a ticket and put their own name on the ticket, the last one they wrote in the dogs name. Baron Conte!
They won a Pacer...it was in the local newspaper with a color photo of the dog...
