Germany Germany - Oettinger Forest, 2 woman found dead, ~20yo, September 1995

Victims found with in a forest near Oettingen, Bavaria, Germany. Presumed to have died around late July or the beginning of August 1995. Clothing is of Eastern European origin.

Isotope analysis indicated the women had only been in Germany for about two to three years before they were presumably murdered. A cab driver eventually reported to police that he had possibly given the unidentified women and two men to where they later entered a dark-colored Mercedes car. Another witness stated she met the women hitchhiking, with plans to travel to Donauwörth.

Following the fall of the USSR, it would have been quite easy to lure girls out with prospects of money etc. Unfortunately the Russian site doesn't give much in the way of circumstances. They pretty much all just say 'they left home and didn't return'. :/
