Police are searching for a 45-year-old woman who moved out of the house a few weeks ago. It is believed she may have been the mother of the dead children.

She has not been named, but residents in the town of some 3,000 people told reporters she had lived at the house for 18 years, together with her husband, three children and a grandmother.
In the summer months, she worked at the local swimming pool.
A neighbour told Süddeutsche Zeitung newspaper the family were “nice people”.

But there were unconfirmed reports she had left the house after a violent argument with her husband in which she’d drunkenly said they’d been hiding dead children in the house.
The woman who had sublet the house found the hidden bodies when she began searching it after she heard about this argument, according to Bild newspaper, which named her as Diana W.
The woman police are searching for was frequently pregnant and told an unnamed neighbour she’d had four miscarriages, the newspaper said.
