Susan Smith had no history of violence or abusing her children either. Sometimes people just go whacko, Editted out previous editted quote...QUOTE]

You mean aside from the depression, the adultery she and her husband both engaged in, the drinking she'd started to do, the violence and alcoholism she was raised with, the suicide of her father, the attempted suicide of her brother, her step-father years of molesting her, her family considering her also at fault for her step-father's behavior, her attempts at suicide, her abortion...

Well I guess a few diehard Darnay/NYL fans will prevent the article from remaining at CS. I read on another forum people posted the article and it was deleted.

Geee....you'd think it'd be bigggg news...after all it had Darnay's name in it, and his relationship to Steinberg.

The article called Darnay a literal stinking lawyer...is this the work of a gutter gossip journalist?

Yep. And sometimes they just go whacko with no witnesses except their victim(s).

And molesters tend to molest when no one's looking.

JonBenet's body told the real story: she was being abused/molested, per at least five definitive expert medical opinions = H-I-S-T-O-R-Y.

Undoubtedly, Ramsey defenders would not dismiss such evidence if this were one of Susan Smith's children or ANY non-Ramsey child for that matter.

Oh, you mean all the B.S. they made up trying to make her look like "poor lil' Susan" who doesn't deserve the gas chamber?
Yeah, I could see how someone who believes the Ramseys are innocent would also believe all that crap too...
All that "B.S." was presented under oath, in court and accepted by both defense and prosecution as true.

Since you have no idea whether or not I think Susan Smith deserved the death penalty, the rest of your post makes no sense and isn't worth responding to.

By the way, SC doesn't use the gas chanmber. Prisoners get to choose between lethal injection and electrocution.

Gee Show, you don't think it's because someone's "hero" is being shown to be what he actually is do you?
I think she forgot....Pride goeth before the fall....she thinks it's ok to talk trash about Steve Thomas, Chuck Diamond and anyone else who is not a Ramsey supporter but not to let the truth be posted about Darnay?

These articles are right on target. So much for the false promises issued by Darnay (the slithering lying snake that he is) of "I'll make you famous".
More like infamous...look at the people he willingly and freely associates with.

I hope that person who stole SkyDog's forum is embarassed by her association with the lying snake who bounced a check when he tried to buy this forum ages ago. Again I'm thankful for small favors....

I don't see how anyone can admire Darnay, even Sydney. What a disgusting sleaze of a lawyer...he almost makes Geragos look good. Thinking Darnay is a great lawyer is like thinking Charles Manson is a great group leader.

It's not even a matter what WE think, remember what other lawyers say about him:

"Darnay was and is such an amazingly bad lawyer, and he's never bothered to get better" said Ron Kuby, Hoffman's courtroom rival in the 1996 civil trial.

When was the last time you heard about a lawyer bouncing checks?

When was the last time you heard about a lawyer pounding his chest about a case and then NOT SHOWING UP FOR A COURT DATE?

When was the last time you heard about a lawyer picking up a convicted child killer in a white limousine, giving him an apartment and a job?

When was the last time you heard about a lawyer wanting to hand out "handwriting samples" of Patsy Ramsey at a political function?

Yeah, he's a good lawyer

As far as Charles Manson, perhaps Darnay will take up his cause as well. I'm sure he's already been rejected by Scott Peterson and Sadaam Hussein.

Barbara I get the tiniest feeling you don't like Darnay. lol

Darnay fooled me for awhile until he quit showing up in court and and when I found out his close association from Steinberg.

I don't understand how any posters can think he's any kind of lawyer and keep defending his disgusting actions.

Always trust your feelings LOL :blowkiss:

Back in the day, I was once one of his biggest supporters, having thought initially that he had taken an interest in this case for real justice. How naive of me. Once I put the pieces together and realized what he was all about, I had no hesitation to admit the error of my ways and still apologize to this day.

That's what separates us from the RST. When we are in error, we say so. Many of us were fooled and have admitted they were duped. No shame in that as long as you are up front about it.

One of Darnay Hoffman's biggest mistakes was using captions from Burke Ramsey's photo album as exemplars of Patsy's writing and sending the exemplars to his team of expert document examiners. To this day I still think the captions were written by Burke, not Patsy.

Hoffman's experts stated that the person who wrote the captions also wrote the ransom note. If they were right, then IMO Burke wrote the ransom note.

Patsy, suspiciously, says she can't remember who wrote the captions. (Just like she couldn't remember buying Hi-Tec hiking boots in Atlanta for Burke with a compass built right into them.)

If the grand jurors had asked Burke who wrote the captions he would have likely told them the truth (Burke had no representation in front of the jurors and likely wouldn't have known the significance of the question.), and maybe the case would be solved. If Burke wrote the captions then Burke probably killed JonBenet and wrote or helped to write the ransom note.
