Getting rid of "Registered User" under my name?

How do I replace the very dull and pedestrian "Registered User" line under my name with something flashy and exciting, like some WSers have done?

Hey, Hoppyfrog!

First, go into your "UserCP"
Under "Your Profile" choose: "Edit Your Details"
Under "Optional Information" there is an option for "Custom User Title"
Type whatever you want there, and you'll get rid of the "Registered User"

Is this only available to posters with a certain number of posts? I don't see that option on mine. I post infrequently. You guys always post what I'm thinking and I hate being repetitive. Especially when I'm ranting.
