Moorings is the same as docks.
This empty vessel seems to have a better explantion than the other one.....If this one has been reported as lost they should be able to track down the owner.

No I havent read that book Floh- when you mentioned the Swarm, I remembered PFMs post about the movie Anaconda- that goes down as the funniest post I've ever read at TWS-
I couldn't stop laughing when I read that
