Whose phone number is on the missing poster in the OP???

I can find NO record from LE or MSM that she is missing - the "missing" poster that started the thread appears to come from FB and is attached to a post from someone who says she's the missing girl's mother. Without verification from an established law enforcement or news source, or a NameUS listing I'm not sure the mods can not allow the thread to continue per the established procedures for starting a thread. Not wishing her story to be missed I looked for quite a while but could find nothing except the name of the mother on FB with the copy of the missing poster that started the thread.

IF this is her she is currently on or completed in the last year (have to make formal court request to see probation document) drug offender probation for charges stemming from the following arrest. Name matches - age, she'd be 23 with the recent birthday so not sure there. There is a slight facial resemblance but with the signficant weight difference between the booking photo and the missing photo it's hard to tell - it may NOT be the missing girl but might help one of you track her further.
