January 7, 2011 - date given on public records
January 18,2011 - date given on lawsuit related to him

I believe the date discrepancy is not uncommon - usually between actual DOD and obituary date or possibly memorial/funeral service date.

The Brewer and Feingold alliance go way back, maybe as far as 1975. Marc is a more recent player. Feingold may be glue that holds this case together since it connects him to Bellone and a vast cast of interesting characters.

Selling a property to someone doesn't mean they know each other. HOWEVER.... in this case, I did notice the Feingold and Stricoff names are on each other's "data set" of public records. So somewhere there is most likely a deed (warranty or quitclaim) or mortgage (lien) document showing both names together as joint owners or co-signers (not just grantor/grantee). Quite possibly one financed the other in the Savannah transaction.

Does anyone have information on this property from the county clerk/recorder's office? I tried the online portal but you need an account. A title abstractor in this county would be good to know.

I understand the importance of this. But I am very nervous on the intent. Why contact media before this women makes a statement to the police? I just don't get it. It makes me think it is more for media then true investigation. It is just my opinion. I truly hope that it is an important break in this case and not something that had to be blasted through the media for attention. We will see. I will be watching news 12. Not sure what time it is going to be release. But seeing we have not been contacted by SCPD. I am not sure if this lead is creditable. I do hope and pray it is.

They need to figure out who is laundering all the money going through their hands. Isn't it funny that the very "type" of person that they look down on... kill... and use... are the very ones that are going to prove that the people in these high positions are the ones who are the scumbags, perverts, and . I say because that is what they call those women yet, that is what they are... little who go around and cover up the sicko crimes this worthless police chief and some of his buddies were committing. The other funny thing is that the FBI has been gathering info for a long time on these guys instead of just jumping on the first tidbit of info they had, so now they are gonna take EVERYONE down, the only thing some of those involved can do now is come forward and cooperate, because it is already too late. The FBI knows everything.

I saw that too and had the same reaction to the burlap! What I wanna know is what the heck does a seashell company (est 1997) do with an office in West Islip but a reference to Fire Island?

And where did he source these seashells? From people in the fishing industry? Doubtful he just walked up and down the beaches of Fire Island collecting them in his pockets.

Some ideas on what this company did:

1. A craft supplier for home décor, jewelry, or what-not?

2. An export company – UPSing seashells all over kingdom come?

3. Or….

Putting her in front of the media was pretty hastily executed given that Leanne had just met John Ray 24 hours prior. It's hard to say what her risk is now. Possibly she's "golden". But people can have long memories when it comes to revenge.
