Wouldn't that be awful if he had trophy remains at his office.
*puke*
I don’t know about NY. But many other states charge the medical examiner with responsibility for taking custody of victims possessions…idk what that might mean in this case. Maybe there are some trophies, jewelry, bones, etc. I think the ME would have to retrieve those things and have proper chain of custody.
Anyone know for sure?

Would they potentially use a medical examiner to help identify victims who are in videos/media at his office?

I’m just wondering if identification of people who are known to be deceased must be verified by an ME even if it is an image and not actual remains?

Probably a stupid question.
I dont think they would have the ME come to the scene if it was just a picture. If that were the case I think they would just send the pic to them

I think he is likely responsible for all the murders...he has probably been doing this a very long time..gilgo beach is
his garden...he's a gardener after all..he can go out on that beach and feel the glory of his all accomplishments from one end to the other. That's my feeling and I think they are many more..many...I want to hear more about his many properties and all the unsolved missing young women and children and other unfortunates who came to be missing in those areas...I think they should go all the way back to his high school days...I wonder what was really going on in that grubby little house...well I mean we know what was going on but I mean his wife and daughter etc...did they ever live there? it doesn't sound like it...none of the neighbors mention her or the daughter...mOO
There were a few quotes with neighbors in some of the posted articles stating that they would see his step son often and that the wife was very quiet so I do believe they were living there at some point at least. Imo

At one point, officers pulled a wooden and glass display case out of the home that had a blond, child-size doll wearing a red dress inside.

“My mother worked for the census back in 2010 and she was allowed in the house and she noticed it was a disgusting mess,” Harmon said.

“It was like a pigsty.”

There was a disconnected burner stove in the middle of the living room, Harmon recalled, adding her mom told her she had “a creepy feeling” being there.

I'm sure if they came forward they endured abuse or torture. I feel bad for them, they deserve our sympathy as well as victims. :(
True. Some may think they are worthless but they are precious human souls with feelings

I wonder if he was given the names of the two people whos hair was found of the bodies. RH and AH.
One was stuck to the duck tape

I think we all appreciate your live, on scene reporting.
Curious he did that interview on a different floor than where he actually works.
AT the :57 minute mark when they're sitting down, they mention a new office, and he says he wasn't eager to do the interview "under scaffolds". Is it possible that that was just a 4th story temporary office while the one on the 11th upper floor, was being worked on?

I mentioned his cheap office chairs. MOO, for someone that big of an ogre, it looks so wrong to see him settle into that small dainty office chair.

It was raining the day of the interview and I think the interviewer was just joking about having to do the interview under scaffolding if they conducted it outside like he usually does.

absolutely having mental health issues, and/or being an addict or sex worker doesn't disqualify them from being human. They feel pain just like everyone else, but many psychopaths view them as subhuman

L'INTERVIEW with Rex, Dept. Of Buildings consultant & facilitator

He is pretty tall, Does anyone know the exact height and weight? He reminds me of Edward Kemper, a big tall and menacing.

Ok doing some on site sleuthing. He is currently listed as being on the 11th floor and there are lights on up there right now. I confirmed that with press on the street.

The interview he did with L’Interview takes place much lower in the building...
That's what my post was about-- the temporary office on the lower floor. (not about using the term scaffolding)

I've been also thinking it's also possible those cheap office chairs are not usually what a big man like him would sit on all day long in his office. Perhaps, those were just the temp office chairs.

thank you, so he otherwise blended in but his height, and weight made him stand out. He dressed "normal" and had brown hair/toupee. But I can see why a witness described him as a large "orge" type.

As of 7:32pm the medical examiners are still up in the office and police are guarding the door.

I'm not sure, I only heard mention of 6'4" - 6'6".

The article below has so much info I didn't know before.

(Funny, we were just talking about this.)
For example, when the interviewer made a comment about his new office, Heuerman quipped, “I wasn’t looking forward to doing this under a scaffold.”

Edmund Kemper is still taller at roughly 6'7.5", but they're built on similarly massive lines. Not just tall beanpoles, but broad with it.

MOO

It’s so upsetting. Sex work is work. Full stop.

"The New York Post reported that Heuermann is raising a child with special needs in a “ramshackle Long Island home he grew up in” and has been married twice."

Pretty creepy that the Chevrolet Avalance he used is actually visible on google maps, on a picture taken in 2007....
