Speaking of attorney/lawyers, let’s not forget that lawyers working on behalf of a client, aren’t truth-finders, investigators, crime solvers.
They represent their clients legal interests - rights aren’t violated, etc etc
They are not supposed to outright lie … but a no comment or 5th amendment avoids making a statement for which they will be responsible.
So, anything the legal representatives say in public statements, is likely to reflect what they decide is in their clients interest and might omit information which isn’t in their clients best interest.
If OJ case any example, their names will have instant recognition after any trial - then will be authors, podcast hosts, pundits, dancing with the stars …
