I'm confused as to what you're trying to prove; everything in those pages suggests the phones were in the vicinity of each other, without any kind of delay or timezone difference.

The phones were contacting the towers presumably when in use, so he was making a call with one, sending a text from another, or using the internet. I wouldn't expect any two phones to be connecting to exactly the same tower at exactly the same moment all the time - the phone system doesn't work like that.

Following Ms. Barthelemy’s disappearance, on July 17, 2009, at approximately 12:40 pm., a male caller used the Barthelemy Phone to contact Ms. Barthelemy’s family. The Barthelemy Phone was located in New York City at this time, specifically attached to a cellular tower located at 4 Penn Plaza, which is approximately 2,372 feet or .45 miles from Heuermann’s then-office space, which at the time was located at 19 West 36" Street, New York,NY(see illustration below). On this same date, at approximately 1:45 pm., billing records from Heuermann’s phone also show a call location in New York City.

It's showing the times calls were made from each phone and that they were in basically the same general location.

A call was made from the victim phone an hour before a call from Heuermann's phone.

It's purely showing IN USE call times from phones and that his phone and a victim phone (and his phone and a burner phone on pages 12 & 13) were in close proximity to one another AND known locations of RH.

It's not purporting to show non-stop ping locations of phones, just parallels specific to USE of the phones (as far as location/time).

That's what I understand the term to mean anyway - a motion is a request to the court to decide on something. Could be completely way off as IANAL, but it seemed a little odd to me. What is it about the buccal swab that needs a decision? Would expect a swab to be taken when someone is arrested on murder charges (again, possibly wrong in my expectation here!) so is the swab is from something else and before he was charged so the defence doesn't want it used?

6. Re: Atlantic City, I keep remembering an interview with a SW who recalled a client, in a room with a group of men and something about a white van. This worker was very spooked by one of the men and gave a good description of the guy she suspected was the killer. Iirc, she knew at least one of the victims. Does anyone else remember this woman’s story and where it might be in our archives?

It is not unreasonable to think that he was well aware of vacant, abandoned and dilapidated buildings either due to be destroyed or sold or being repaired, updated and reconditioned. The thought that Jessica Taylor and later Sugar Bear both lived with Khalil White and near the sight of so many rundown structures where several brutally murdered people were found, just makes me wonder if RH knew about those specific buildings.

1994 was a very significant year for RH- who would have been about 30 or 31 years old. He married AE, his daughter was born, he bought his mother’s house and iirc he started his business.

There are a few mistakes in this report. First the writer says “a storage unit” - not two and said RH lived there with his “two” daughters- it should say with his daughter and step son.

How about in 2010? And if the burner phones and Heuermann's own phone were connecting to the same towers why didn't they mention that? As I said, for Heuernann's own phone it's always unnamed call locations in New York City.

The document that has been released is not all the evidence that they have. It's not realistic to expect the prosecutors to present their entire case publicly until they are in court in front of a jury. This is how it works for every case, not just this one. Each document has a purpose and you're asking the document that has been released to do more than its purpose.

I agree so far, as in my eyes he is not looking scary or ugly. To name him ie. "Frankenstein", I find completely exaggerated. Nevertheless he is a killer; we will learn, how many victims he left behind.

I agree to a point.
He is very tall. Thats the end of him looking any different or whatever.
However people make judgements about people based on all their sences. so a lot of the descriptions of him include the impression the person recieved of him as a whole . Most are coming from people who already were feeling his bad vibes based on their interactions of him ..mainly AC's description . After his arest people are looking at him like a monster because of all the lives he took ,then comes the idea this guys face was the last one these woman saw ,and everyone is on board with AC'S description . Just like his truck description no one heard about it until Rex was aressted.

What should have happened is they should have had Alex work with a composit artist in 2010 and get his suspect sketch out. Dunno maybe they tried but the LI Le was the acting like the biggest f@!# force ever in this case until all of what happened ,happend.
So it makes me question if some of those women found on the beach were murdered by someone known to corrupt officers. Actualy its always been a question and Rex's capture does not change that for me.
So Rex saying he did not do it (eyeroll) Could just mean he did not kill 11 women to him.

Wednesday marked 20 years since the headless and handless body of Jessica Taylor, a 20-year-old escort working out of New York City, was discovered in the woods of Manorville, Long Island.

She was the second victim of an unknown killer to be found brutally dismembered and tied up. Valerie Mack, a sex worker from New Jersey and Philadelphia, was similarly found dead in 2000.

I am going to take a leap here that white males are having a problem identifying Rex as odd, leery, intimidating, or hulking. As a petite framed, short POC female, he is ALL those things. And males that have oddball behaviors, seem secretive, and/or have solitude attitudes should give someone red flags.

MOST serial killers are profiled as white and male in the USA for obvious population volume alone. So sex workers, associates, his next-door neighbor, they have all said this guy made them think he was narcissistic, dangerous, and pulling a fast one on them (including a woman in Massapequa Park shortly before his actual arrest.

The guy, essentially has resting *$@!% face. That's what you fail to identify and see due to society's blindsights.
