Just noting, watching a few YouTubers, I'm seeing some really, really interesting speculation popping up now about AE, and it runs across a huge spectrum. Some YouTubers are speculating AE herself & the family "tipped" something in, and they themselves triggered the search. But at the opposite end of the spectrum, some are now wondering if she may actually end up being charged (!!) and the search may be focused on her in some way, which I've never heard anyone say on these programs before. Wow!!

What will Peacock do??
That latter scenario of the search possibly being focused on her….. got me to thinking. Wasn’t it earlier reported that she (AE) was not present when the most recent search commenced? And that perhaps instead the daughter was there? If so, perhaps her absence was by design? MOO

That would just be a bigger, better story. Peacock would elated.

I personally think AE knew about it all.

I had thought LE timed the search for the son to be gone in order not to distress him anymore than necessary. But, who knows, it might have been AE that LE wanted out of the way.

If there was some type of bunker addition that was added on to the existing basement, would it have been picked up using that ground penetrating radar when they were searching the previous time?

Why did Esa’s daughter not go on vacation with her mom and her brother? My guess is the family was not informed of the 2nd search.

Perhaps she is working and did not have the time off. I agree that the family was not informed until Victoria was presented with the search warrant at the home that morning.

Wow, no one has commented in 24 hours? Something occurred to me when I viewed online images of the two female Heuermans. I surely hope LE took every piece of jewelry in the search. Necklaces, bracelets and rings could all still hold DNA. Or, if lucky, could be identified in old photos of victims or by the victim’s family members.

it is truly bizarre how much stuff and how many boxes were taken. bags and boxes and tents and omigod..what did they have in that search warrant? I am still blown away by all this, and it seems lips are super zipped..I know there's a lot going on in the media right now but I haven't heard any leaks on this , have you? mOO

Nope, and I'm watching every day, SOOOO want to know what exactly they were looking for.

If they didn't find it, we might never know, I would guess? I hope we hear like something, anything. I'm guessing something small (?) because it looks like a "needle in the haystack" situation, oh, this (small but important item) could be anywhere. Obviously, though, lots of other possibilities. So curious, seriously. OH, and did anyone hear about the removal of the "printer," or they were looking at some device called a "printer" on that second search? Right here:

Earlier this week, police removed multiple boxes, household items, electronics and a large format printer.

One YouTuber I watched noted these architects might use a particular device for blueprints, and I think they also mentioned 3D. And they said this might be the "printer." How scary is that in light of the idea that he had some secret space/area/dungeon built into that home?? I just searched for "printer architecture 3D" on Google. "WebArchitectural 3D printers are used to make large-format prints of architectural blueprints for civil engineers, architects, civil engineers, and so on." That's potentially alarming.

I just keep thinking of all of those properties, abandoned and under construction and reconstruction that RH had private access to. Evidence could have been buried or squirreled away in so many places. It takes me back to the untold number of unsolved cases where victims were found in rundown and vacant buildings not far from the area where JT, Khalil White and Sugar Bear resided. He could have used places like that to kill or dismember the earliest victims.

The outside of that home looks like a teardown, totally agreed on this. But the inside of that house as depicted in that Christmas image posted earlier actually looks good, with the beautiful beams. It looks like a classic midcentury modern.

I was thinking exactly the same thing. The windows are fabulous. But there is some strange psychology involved in RH keeping this house exactly like it was in his youth. Obviously, it's not a love of mid century architecture because it looks like he went to the trouble of exactly matching the trim work under the eaves of the house but didn't even bother to carry the paint job all the way up. It's almost like he only cared about what he could see as he drove up the drive. No love of the house, just a need for visual reminders of something. His youth ? His father ? I dunno.

I've never seen Psycho, but it's a bit Bates Motel. It seems something pathological behind it, rather than just benign neglect. But maybe that just because we know what we do about the owner.

His job was, to care strict for the norm re. buildings, and with his demands he cared for a nice portion of stress for the homeowners. His ego though doesn't allow to care for any norm, as long as it is his private life. He didn't live like a normal husband and family father, and he didn't live like a normal business man; he even didn't live like a normal cheating husband. IMO

RH doesn't strike me as a cutting-edge techie guy with a 3D printer, but I could be wrong. I used to run blueline machines back in the 1980s to print large maps. They use ammonia, the vapors could be intense and required good ventilation. I also used large-format 2D printers for years (1990-2020 ish) for mapping and some design plans, but printing on paper using ink has become largely obsolete (at least for technical reports). I have so many obsolete skill sets! lol

However, large-format printers have memory to process and store print jobs so maybe they want to review all of those? You can scroll through the job list and reprint from there depending on the particular plotter model. OR he wasn't using it anymore and it was located near or in the area of interest and they will be swabbing it for KV's or any and all DNA and/or blood spatter.

Their haul from the latest search was so... cryptic.

Wasn't aware those printers would still have memory of previous print jobs, but my guess was the same as your second - that forensics were just swabbing and checking it for fingerprints, spatter, hairs, DNA, fibers, etc. It may have been in a spot close to where RH did a lot of "work". (shudder) I wonder if they ever found any fibers from the camo burlap in the house?

JMO, they want to completely comb his house for evidence to analyze in connection with the other victims found in Manorville, Gilgo/Oak Beach area, and elsewhere.

Now is the time to do these searches. If this turns out like the Idaho murders of those 4 students they will demolish the house as soon as possible.
IMO.

Armchair psychologist here (playing one on WS), Norman Bates meets Oedipus. There seems to be, at the root of serial killers of this ilk a deep-seated loathing of women. Madonna complex. He's almost a caricature, like the textbook version. Loves women, hates his mother. Loves his mother, hates women. Women are either motherly or they're xxxxxx. Maybe he decided his mother was both. We may never know his exact motivation but power had to be among them, deciding whom to kill and whom not to kill. So deviant. What horrors could those walls tell?

ITA! He had access to so many properties that he doesn't (has never) owned during periods of construction.
