Did he coldc0ck his victims, bring them to his empty home, hold them hostage while torturing them, then murder and dispose of them right before his family's return?

What HELL happened in that home?????

Jmo
Sure sounds like he kept them awhile.

There's no good word to describe it. It was his playbook.

It's beyond awful. It was all about the murdering.
It was ALSO about the torturing (although he spelled it “tourturing.”). He wanted those young women terrified and suffering at his hands before he murdered them. ETA: And he called that “play.”

And a guy who documents this thoroughly doesn’t just do it about the planning. He had to have recorded - in writing - the events he subjected his victims to. Horrifying.

Heartbreaking.

Before I'm forgetting it, I want to mention apropos "surgical drapes" and other things: AE once worked in a HOSPITAL, maybe when they RH/AE married or before. I will try to find the link. It must have been a special report about her only, like "Things to know about AE" or similar.
If I remember right, it was NO job as a nurse, but perhaps in administration. I am not sure.

Poke holes in the investigation and hope LE made mistakes....and then hope the judge makes mistakes to use on appeal. jmo

He was Dexter before Dexter was Dexter.

He created a killing room.

What those women endured.

Jmo
HH Holmes had a whole killing hotel in the nineteenth century.

There is nothing new under the sun.

Monsters have always existed.

Rex Heuermann has been charged in the murders of Jessica Taylor and Sandra Costilla. This is the breakdown of the DNA analysis included in the prosecutor’s report to the judge

Witness #3 RH was married to ER in the early 1990s so why is there an assumption that this witness, who moved out of the shared home a few months before Sandra’s murder, is not his 1st wife and yet another woman who came before Asa?

Likely TARGET
Thank you. Tierney said in the press conference that this document was created long before Megan Waterman was killed so I'm really curious - is there another Megan out there that he killed?

What does the I stand for? (T-I Megan)

T - unk (unknown) black - was he just seeking any random Black woman? Could this relate to Sugar Bear in any way?

Reading the affidavit and it's weird that in his calendar that he refers to Asa as "wife" repeatedly rather than by her name or initial. Her name is even shorter than the word "wife" so it's not as if he's doing shorthand. I'm thinking he objectifies all women, not just his victims. jmo

#Breaking DA says #Heuermann was living w/woman in 1993 whose hair was found on #SandraCostilla (right arm). Suspect’s DNA on striped shirt pulled over Costilla’s head. Costilla, 28, lived in Queens; born in #TrinidadandTobago. Photo from prior court hearing

#Breaking Bail affidavit claims #RexHeuermann did online search for new Chevy pickup truck after his dark 2002 pickup was allegedly used to dump #JessicaTaylor’s dismembered body in #Manorville woods in July 2003. A tattoo on Taylor’s torso was gouged. #LISK

I wonder if a title search for the Avalanche he used with JT was done and that vehicle found and impounded. It looks like he’s had at least three maybe four of that same model.

Getting to his crime manifesto -- unbelievable. Saved on his hard drive. Including what to do differently "next time".

When I was viewing RH's lists "foreplay" came to mind.

"Gilgo Beach suspect Rex Heuremann

is charged with two additional murders of

Jessica Taylor and Sandra Costillo.

Heuermann, of Long Island,
was indicted by a grand jury on Thursday
for the murders of 20-year-old Jessica Taylor in 2003 and 28-year-old Sandra Costilla
in 1993.

Charging documents say the alleged serial killer was linked to the new victims through DNA, thanks to male hair found on both of their remains.

Heuermann, 60,
is now accused of killing six women in total
over a span of 30 years."

I wonder what will happen with John Bittrolff now - Ray Tierney said that they had previously matched the hair to Bittrolff, but now it's matched to Heuermann? Not sure if I misheard.

That map's wrong. Peaches wasn't found anywhere near her daughter, no part of her.

Joe Gia and guest were discussing the Stockholm syndrome reference which led them to believe that victims may have been brought to the house, basement, tortured and what else RH only knows.

Omg LE found where the pushpins went on the ceiling and paneling where he taped and pinned up material (dropclothes?).

Dexter.

Jmo
Probably he had also a pinboard for ongoing police investigation results, as thorough as he is. Just beside the pics of his victims and future victims and his strategies. HOW did he hide it from the eyes of his family? That has to be impossible over these many years. Did he at home play the great investigator, who is secretly helping the "stupid professionals"??
