Today Ray Tierney again made it clear to reporters that not all the evidence they have is listed in these indictments.
He also made it clear that murders took place in the basement.
imo
Hmmm how are they so sure it was always the basement? Makes one wonder….

"The document also lists “foam drain cleaner” under “Supplies.” Prosecutors say that on Oct. 3, 2000, Heuermann’s phone records appear to show him making two calls to a Long Island plumbing company, and he paid another company the following month to check his mainline drain."

OMG! He plugged up the drain with dead body stuff…..

Tierney never said it was "always" the basement"
He was talking about evidence left from tape.

IIRC: LE said that RH had used tape to hold something up on the walls and it didn't hold so he then used some kind of pins/tacks.

They did rip up Asa's bathtub according to her lawyer Bob Macedonio.

btw:
Where's Bob?
He's usually right there commenting after a new indictment comes down on RH.

"Investigators say evidence points to Heuermann’s home as the scene of the killings — in most cases, when his family was out of town. Tierney said authorities don’t know where his relatives were when Mack was killed."

So, I retained this from the new doc. Valerie was bound like one of his torture films. Similar trash bags were used. I had this thought. You know how when you pull a trash bag off the roll, that static that was created might attract hairs? Maybe that’s where the hair evidence came from. He cleaned the bodies, but he didn’t think about that bags being lint magnets…. At least for Jessica and Valerie. Just a thought… not a fact.
Let’s see.. she had breast mutilation…. Hairs from his wife and child(from both dump sites). Similar saw blade was used… a couple of calls to plumbers. … what else is new? Did I miss anything?

Ray Tierney once scored a touchdown.

Seeing this in a chart/list like this seems like a slam dunk. Imo. It also makes my heart hurt for the victims.

Will he be tried for all these murders at once or is there a possibility that some may proceed as individual cases?

Peaches had a child and they both had jewelry. No signs of torture on her. That’s why I’m stuck not believing.
She was decapitated alive. That's what killed her. That's not torture? You don't sit still for that, she had to have been restrained.

Pretty sure we saw a crate in the house photos, green, that was a twin to the Rubbermaid her torso was found in.

And all the disposal sites for her and her baby that we know of can be linked to RH somehow.

MOO

EDIT: It's also important to remember that investigators hold stuff back. Until RH was charged for Sandra, NOBODY outside LE had any idea of the extent or the extreme severity of her injuries. Peaches could be the same.

On Tuesday, December 17, 2024, Valerie Mack's name was officially included among LISK victims, when a superseding indictment was unsealed inside the 4th floor courtroom of Judge Timothy Mazzei. It accused Heuermann of this seventh murder in the Gilgo Beach investigation. But with his hands shackled behind his back, Heuermann loudly proclaimed, "Your Honor, I am not guilty of ANY of these charges."

From where I was sitting, very close to a large number of victims' relatives, one woman responded under her breath, "F--k you!"

There are also no known signs of torture on anyone not found yet, either. When he was arrested, many of us said this is only the beginning. I think, to quote a smarter person than I ‘it is not the beginning of the end, perhaps the end of the beginning’.
ABC affiliate story about Ms Mack. (Apologies if previously linked and I missed it.)
