I just scanned your post and your question was quite clear.
Besides Shannon Gilbert's estate/family which is not part of the LISK case I don't think Ray's in the picture anymore with any of RH's victims.
Reporters are still referring to him as representing some LISK victims families but they're never named and I have yet to see a clarification from Ray.

He's been quiet in the news media lately, as the situation plays out. There's not much he can do about Shannan's case right now because Suffolk Co is so busy with the cases linked to Rex H.

He's still being interviewed on podcasts, etc. because he's so knowledgeable about all of these investigations. He's the only advocate attorney who has worked these cases since the beginning, with the exception of the attorney who used to work for him, but switched and started to represent Rex H's children.

JMO, these cases against Rex are where they are today thanks to John Ray's investigations and advocacy.

As for it being found the second time - on the kitchen table, was it ? -perhaps LE returned it after the first search, it was pulled from a box, put on the table and they never got around to moving it again.

Many of the sex workers who went to that part of LI knew who JB was. Some of them knew he was corrupt, along with local drug users. Tangredi herself probably didn't know JB, he wasn't chief of Suffolk County PD back then.

I want to know where Asa was on/around Feb 14th,1996 when Karen disappeared and if she and RH got married in April 1996 before or after Karen's partial remains were found on April 20,1996.
Spouses can not be compelled to testify against each other.

Asa was pregnant in Feb.1996 and yet to be married to RH.

We know nothing about when /where /how AE met RH.

Macedonio keeps repeating prosecutors that AE was away or not in the jurisdiction when each murder was said to have taken place as if this excuses her from not having a "Come to Jesus "
and connecting the dots or at the very minimum realize that the odds are against her belief that he's "not capable of these heinous acts"?

Macedonio was part of the toxic corrupt Suffolk County web, the same politicians that stymied finding the LISK while protecting their own in Suffolk County across the board.

Macedonio also has a conflict of interest by financially benefiting by the deal he arranged for Asa and the Peacock Documentary.

Agree, the timing of Karen Vergata's case is very interesting, if RH is responsible for her death. That close to RH and Asa's wedding makes it unlikely, but not impossible that AH was out of town. It's also possible she had her own apartment and not yet living with Rex.

I doubt Asa will ever testify against her husband. If he's ever connected to Karen's case, it will have to be with additional evidence.

I’ll bet Macedonia sales pitch to AE was something like: Mr Ray, at some point, will be filing a civil suit for millions in damages like the one he has filed against Dr Hackett (Shannan Gilbert). Remember, it’s much easier to win (damages) in civil court and you could become homeless, broke and uninsured for medical.

Exactly. And the reason I asked is because if he doesn't represent the families of any of the victims for which RH is charged, than these signed affidavits have zero legal value, because John Ray can't present them during the trial.

At least, that's my understanding of how the legal process works.
