A Staten Island ice cream truck driver pulled a 10-year-old girl into his vehicle and drove off with her Sunday — though the little victim managed to escape — according to police.

Any grown man who entices a child to enter his ice cream truck and drives off with her is a disgusting, dangerous criminal pervert. I don't care if he physically forced her to get in or not. The child is a victim of the adult, period. Throw him in prison and lose the key! MOO

It's not clear that the child was ever in the ice cream truck. From the link above:

After a 10-year-old girl reported an ice-cream-truck driver abducted her in his vehicle, police in New York City began investigating.

However, “there was no abduction,” NYPD spokeswoman Lt. Jessica McRorie told McClatchy News on Sept. 5.

The story says, "The 20-year-old man was taken in for questioning by police, and “charges are still possible,” WABC reported."

It's not his 1st time to lure, I'm sure. What kind of a world are we living in when a 10-year-old is lured by an adult but it's not considered an abduction?

Her social media needs to be monitored. Too close to becoming a victim.

Yeah ... looks like there's some smoke in this story.
