Pepper, I've found that all you have to do is threaten to come sit in the classroom with them every day. That works wonders...lol.

I think this is a logical consequence to bad behavior in school. If you can't handle yourself on your own, you need to be monitored by a parent. I would have done this with my kids.
This is far cry from standing on a street corner being shamed IMO.

Hmm, my mom in my class with me all day or standing on a corner holding a sign? For me that would have been a no brainer. I would be standing outside!!! I doubt I would have had any shame either. I was a total brat! (Still am). So I guess there are some that have never learned. Although holding up a sign outside is a career (freeway exits and stores). I don't know what's right or wrong on this one. :slap:
