One of the funniest things I have read in quite some time. The chick lives in England too. She was also playing Tammy Wynette. Who don't love Dolly and Tammy? The council though I believe are serious, man over in England. I'd read where one woman got the boot for hanging her bloomers on the line to dry. Wanna work your neighbors last nerve? Play showtunes.

I like Dolly Parton, but to me her singing is annoying. I would have gone crazy if I'd been one of the neighbors and had to listen to country music.
