KCTV said it was served a grand jury subpoena Monday by the Clay County prosecutor's office asking for "all footage, including raw footage of any interviews or statements given by neighbors, family or friends of the family, regarding missing baby Lisa Irwin" to be brought to the Clay County Courthouse on Oct. 18.

These are just subpoenas to produce information for the investigation, nothing more or less.
(snip)
ETA: Yes, these subpoenas for materials had dates and times to "appear" - because there could be contempt filed if they weren't produced. It's not actually a scheduled court appearance in front of a grand jury. I don't believe that is the case here, either.
Why would the stations refuse to provide footage in a missing baby case? That makes no sense to me.
With a subpeona served, don't the stations have to provide the tapes?
imo
Bumping again.
Does it seem strange to anyone else (besides me) that we've heard absolutely nothing about Grand Jury proceedings? Have they met more than once? Why is no one in the media commenting on this?
During GJ hearings in the Kyron Horman case, there were media reports almost daily about who was being called to testify in front of the Grand Jury, how long they were there, whether or not they were accompanied by Counsel, etc. Just seems peculiar to me that there is nothing being reported about the GJ hearings regarding Lisa Irwin. jmo
