I do believe that the Anthony's are dumbstruck about Clint's comments . . . especially since Casey NEVER seemed concerned that Caylee was kidnapped by the nanny during the time she was staying at Clint/TonEs home. There is an overlap of at least 2 weeks.

Well, I see they are back on the "hate the media" trip. Me thinks George needs to get in the billboardmobile and head on down to the Keys.

"Guys, please just leaves us alone," George told reporters asking questions before their scheduled visitation Thursday morning. "When I go up here, do not follow us in the gate. Do not follow us when we're standing in line, please."

George and Cindy Anthony made it clear they were in no mood for questions before their video visitation with their daughter Casey. But when a question was asked about a detective's theory that 2-year old Caylee may not be alive, George Anthony lashed out.

"Shut up! Shut up! Shut up! I'm sick of this," he said.

Cindy Anthony then seemed to indicate they both believe Caylee is alive.

"And [a tipster] just spotted Caylee again, so you guys better just frickin' quit bugging us," Cindy said.

"If you don't want to be knocked down, get out of my way," George added.

It would help if Casey gave him the real NAME of who kidnapped her so he would know which direction to drive.

Did you all notice how George had to practically drag Cindy away from the reporters?? Wow...that woman sure loves being in the spotlight!!!

I saw this as I was getting ready for work and had the exact same thought.....Cindy was doing that finger pointing thing....(sorry its a rude mannerism she has even though she is upset)

This feels like lying as a defense mechanism....

I really think these people don't have any money and are living
paycheck to paycheck. Otherwise, they would have hired a media consultant or a lawyer to handle the press.

Their crazy mannerisms are part of what is driving this story.

If they don't want to talk to the press, or be cornered by them...they could file a restraining order...keep their lips sealed...do not announce they are going to the jailhouse, or come and go via that black limo they used in the beginning! I could be wrong, but I can't imagine the press is just waiting at the jailhouse in the "hopes" someone tries to visit Casey!

WHAT HAPPENED TO LEE?!

They need a family spokesperson who can speak for them and address questions logically. They are too emotionally distraught and it is making them look worse when they speak to the press, because they are so upset and desperate.

I've seen many people on TV who are caught in tragedies who appoint a family member or friend to speak to the press, it gives the family a sense of control, (JMHO, of course)

They have Jose Baez as their lawyer. George and Cindy should be directing that Jose and ONLY Jose answer questions if they want to keep the media away...they'll soon tire of the same scripted responses.

But, they DO like the attention...as evidences by Cindy's little "reveals" about tipsters and such which is just feeding the media and keeping the frenzy alive.

OMG, I just watched the video. That man is almost scary. I honestly believe if that particular reporter would have asked one more question, he would have hit him. Good grief. That is just plain ridiculous to conduct yourself in such a manner. It's not the reporter's fault that the Anthony's have turned this whole thing into a circus. You put yourself out there in the manner they have and this is what happens. I guess they don't understand that the majority of the people around could care less about them and their sorry-a$$ daughter but we do want to know where that precious baby is at.

I think that I would have blown a gasket by now at the media. I don't fault him for lashing out. He is grieving. Yes, they did add to the media circus, but the media is acting more like the paparazzi then professional reporters. I am more appalled by the media behavior then the Anthony's behavior.

O/T Adrienne, you are not from LI by any chance, are you?

I thought Lee was doing a great job of this and seemed calm, level-headed and articulate. I wonder where he's been and why he's noticeably absent lately.

I read in thread #88 or 90 that george lost his security job and Cindy used all her vacation time. Can someone confirm that george did indeed loose or quit his job. Thanks.

I don't know their money situation but can't a family member or friend (not Holly tho ) speak for them?
Somebody from Church maybe?
IMO, Cindy and George need to distance themselves from the media.
I'm afraid an altercation of some kind may be in the making.

Lots of f-bombs in that household. While this one is not, you know the intent was to intimidate the reporters into not asking anymore questions.

Bullying, it's the Family Anthony way...

She did the same thing yesterday when she pulled into her garage.

Phil Keating didn't expect her to talk, but she walked right over to him.

I think Lee is smart to stay more in the background. I think they need someone more detached from the situation to speak for them (Cindy's sister, a cousin, someone from out of state)?

I wish someone would help them get a grip on what they are saying and do some damage control.

I agree with you.
I feel like the reporter asking a question about the possible manner of Caylee's death was a bit like rubbing salt in an open wound. How on earth is he supposed to answer a question like that?

Jose Baez is the lawyer representing Casey. The parents need there own lawyer.
