Well it is certainly going to be an interesting week. This is totally unexpected to the family and LE. LOL

Where would she go, with no money and no one to help her? The bounty dude is going to have her on the equivalent of a suicide watch, if he's planning to keep a bead on her 24/7.

Target... Fusian..AT&T Wireless...Dominoes Pizza...Lowes for a new shovel?? The list is endless really!

As someone that has experience in public relations, I must say this was a poor first interview with the new spokesperson. First interview with the media on this case --why not just say "Yes, all statements from the family will be funneled through me -- this will allow George and Cindy to get some much needed rest, refocus on the search for Caylee, they are looking forward to Caylee getting out of jail, blah, blah, blah. Instead, he states that he is privy to information (like the GPs and Casey) that supposedly LE does not have???!! Unbelievable......

Not a good choice, for sure. Not a good PR person.:bang:
He's probably saying exactly what the family want him to say though, right?
This case is has become quite the freak show, unfortunately.

AGREED...he should have been way more evasive but that just isn't his nature from what I gather.

the Anthony's as far as I understood it had not talked to Padilla (which goes against a post we saw that some random poster said was info they got from Padllia--which could be bs)

were you talking about the post I found on the news forum that another poster posted about talking to Tony Padilla?

I wonder why the camera crews aren't at Lee's house...maybe she'll shack up with him?

Well for the moment I'm willing to give Padilla the benefit of the doubt. Nothing else has worked in getting Casey to spill the beans. I'm sure she has never come across anyone like Leonard Padilla, let alone have to stay with him 24/7. I don't think Caylee is still with us so maybe he can bring this to a conclusion if nothing else.

Did Padilla ever say that he would have 'conditions' on posting her bail?

OMG -- this guy Garrison is a whole heck of a lot worse to listen to than the bondsman! I think he's really really going to turn public opinion even further against this family and this situation! He already sounds like a smart arse -- he's wearing a bracelet and he belives there's a "modicum (sp?) of chance" that this is spinning out of control. Yeah, well, wonder how all THAT started???

wouldn't it be great though if the kidnapping story was the case and little Caylee is brought home by Padilla???? One can wish,....

  • #118
Hailiejade, yes, think so-- I think somewhere further down another comment from that 1st *poster/jr reporter..was something like Padilla said he spoke to the family and the family said Casey was on drugs or some such. Will hunt it down if need be...

on a serious note i personally do agree that with her being out she is more likely to slip up more so than in jail.....so if she does get out i hope it only benefits the LE ane FBI in finding caylee, something just tells me that they cant keep there mouth shut for a long period of time.
