I think there are charges relating to elder-abuse that could be brought in addition to the monetary theft, but what seems so bad to me about this is the enabling going on that Cindy & George covered it up.

Now we know for sure that the theft from the grandparents happened before Caylee even went missing. I'd like to know if she had stolen from the grandparents before this. If not, it could indicate a plan in place to try and get as much money as possible before Caylee even went missing.

I'm glad that's finally been explained what most likely caused that fight.

This might explain a bit of guilt the parents feel...maybe they feel they pushed Casey, Casey was angry and took it out on Caylee?

Oh a crank note, Lee lied about pizza imagine an Anthony not telling the truth, LP had stomach cramps well he's given me a few stomach cramps

Yep... LP said that at first Lee said he ordered the pizza, so he felt it was safe to eat.
Then he said that later Lee denied ordering the pizza.

(We knew yesterday before Casey was let out that someone somewhere in internet-land had ordered a pizza to be delivered.)

The pizza turned out to be from a legit place and apparently hadn't been tampered with... but it gave LP to thinking after he had a slice and the pizza was gone..... that it coulda been anyone going up to the door with anything in their hand... ie a camera, a weapon, poisoned food, etc.

So then afterwards, late last night, back at his hotel, he gets a belly ache thinking about what coulda been on the pizza and how careless they were letting the guy go up to the door w/ out checking ID/credentials.

Now he's back peddling saying how careful they MUST be and check every mailman, etc that comes 'round!!!

Not here, but he was confirrmed on another site with pics. And there was a comment on there that someone had a direct number for him to call greta, she wanted to talk to him. He must have bit.

From what I understand they consider the income from the household, so she may very well have nt been eligible for assistance, welfare..whatever they call it now.

Actually, I live in SC and use to do medical insurance billing for a OB/GYN. there were lots of women that had Medicaid for Pregnant Women and it is alot easier to qualify for that then say regular Medicaid. We had alot of teenage girls that came from what would be considered higher income families and they were still able to qualify. I don't know about Florida, but that is how it is here.

For Greta to use him as a source...and Rick was put in touch w/Gretas producer through Joe Jordan...Joe got him the #. Rick said he would prefer Greta. So, I'd say yes.

I know...that's just sickening, isn't it? Poor old guy, helpless in the nursing home, and his granddaughter's at his and his poor little old wife's home stealing the money he needs to pay the place to care for him. And from the grandmother's bedroom, too.

It sounds like Casey's grandmother wasn't about to stand for being taken by her and wanted the bank to press charges, but according to what Rick said, Cindy and George were somehow able to get her out of it. If they'd done the right thing then and let her suffer some consequences, I wonder if Casey would have had the opportunity to do what she did later.

On a brighter note...go Panthers! Who have we got tomorrow night, the Skins? All the Charlotte-area locals should get together sometime for some football viewing and message board discussing!
