I thought that Padilla would atleast be smart enough to say to the kidnappers "drop Caylee off at any hospital..no questions asked" That is state policy yes..if you feel the need to abandon a child ..do it at any hospitol..they will take it from there? Does anyone know why LE would be obligated to share the results of the forensics test with Baez if homicide charges haven't been filed?

They don't unless it applies to charges she is charged with now.

With new charges they would, but I personally think they are going to let Casey and that whole family self destruct and THEN file their charges. They don't have to be in a hurry............time is on their side.

That is not his primary goal, to find Caylee. Casey is his client and it's his main priority to defend her. That's just the way it is.

It sort of took the wind out of Jose's sails, since he couldn't use the line about the hideous media. Previous panelists had said he should be glad the media was keeping Caylee's name out there. Oops. He also came dangerously close to repeating that line that we should all get out there and find "this child," while the family and their censor have a relaxing dinner. Hot air.

I don't know for how much longer the neighbors will tolerate all those vehicles on the street. Most of the streets have ordinances and once I saw that big trailer ... not sure that is going to stay there very long.

The one house right across the street from the Anthony's their lawn is down to dirt. I wonder if the media is paying a fee per day to sit on these people's lawns.

School started this week in Florida and school buses have to get through the streets etc., etc.

What a friggin mess!

The vehicle is a motorhome, and I'd estimate it's about 36 - 40 feet long. When you've got a vehicle that big parked at the curb, it's difficult seeing oncoming traffic.

As for the neighbors, I'd be very upset with this whole mess. They have problems getting in and out of their own driveway. They have people loitering on the street trampling on the lawns, and noise.
