wish I could read Greta's mind, there was something about the way she closed with Baez, somber-like.

I missed that - like what do you think it means? I think these 'heads' are coming into the conclusion that she may very well WALK. :furious:

They don't unless it applies to charges she is charged with now.

With new charges they would, but I personally think they are going to let Casey and that whole family self destruct and THEN file their charges. They don't have to be in a hurry............time is on their side.

Okay question..I was typing and not listening..so does LE by law HAVE to tell the defense when the DNA test results are back? He was saying something about them still being in the scope of "discovery" is there like a time limit or something? Utterly confused here.

What I got from posture and doublespeak is that Baez is grasping and afraid for his client. I don't think DNA is in, but he is certainly posturing...

Baez wants to Relaz & prepare Casey's defense - Padilla wants to Wait a week & see what happens - The Body guards are going to stay with Casey 24-7 to make sure she is safe.....WHO IS LOOKING FOR CAYLEE?

What kind of benign kidnappers, purchasers of children or finders of mismanaged children have her, that they can still relax and not start finding her? We couldn't talk about it jail, because conditions weren't optimal. Now we gotta rest up. This is just crazy.

They entered the NOT guilty plea today in court. There is no DNA results as of today.
Baez, IMO, looks quite smug.

There are death threats against Casey, and family.

There is a vigil planned on Sunday. They will all be there praying for Caylee. In the meantime, Baez is prepping his IT girl for trial in November. By then everyone will feel sorry for Casey and she'll walk.

In the meantime, Caylee will never be found. If money was the motive to turn over Caylee, it would have been done already.

Casey is set now, if she follows the rules till Nov and acts like the grieving mother, she's home free.

Geez, I can't believe he said that they ARE SPENDING A RELAXING FAMILY EVENING at home. It so relaxing when you don't know who your child is with or where the child is...or you do know but your child is with such scary people that the only way you can protect your child is to not help the police find them. So relaxing.

I'm not sure what his angle is by presenting his attorney/client relationship as so personal...he is not a stupid man, he has to know that the public is going to read into his actions and statements. He should be using proper terms and names like my client, Casey Anthony or "I had dinner with the Anthony family and THEY are relaxing at home..." not "WE"

Yes, and I wondered how many other attorney's spend so much personal time with their clients? I'm trying to not draw conclusions, but when something doesn't set right it does raise a flag in my mind.

I'm with you too, and the only thing that makes sense is she's on house arrest and she can't go to his office without permission so maybe that's why he's seeing her at home? I'm trying not to think there's anything else going on!!
