If the bar is complaining about him, that is interesting. I do hope they follow the money to see who is paying whom. It should be public record? shouldnt it?

Those high-profile experts arent doing this for free. I wonder, and Im just wondering, did Casey sign away her rights to certain things when she hired him as a way to uphold a contract for payment? I dont know how probono works as far as fee's. but I do know Lawyers especially newbies like Baez, isnt doing this for nothing.

Maybe Scientology is paying the defense. Greta is Sci, Geraldo is a friend of Greta...ok I just made all that up. Who is paying? I am dying to know. Journalists are supposed to have ethics and not pay for things like this but GR is so corrupt. IMO.

LA did tell her on one of the jailhouse visits that she could talk to anyone, even without JB there. Meaning that, she doesnt necesarily have to have him present if she justs wants to talk to someone. And IMO, perhaps its an accurate assumption to think that the family knew that JB was keeping a short leash on Casey, therefore it wasnt helping them get any answers out of her. JB does what most defense attornies does and thats keeping his client close to him and giving her advice on what, where, how etc. IMO, also..I think JB was pulling a lot of the strings and Casey is, whether you believe it or not, young, nieve & impressionable..............which now...it just occured to me.........explains a whole lot of why......she spent 6-8 hours a day in his office.....less exposure to the family which would have reduced the likelyhood that they could break her.

Baden should not be on the show/conflict of interest........after all his wife (defense team) wants to win this case and write a book I am sure! It's all about the fame and $$$$.........not about little CAYLEE.......

JB.........making out that complaints are from anonymous and non-anonymous sources and passing it off as nothing. He won't reveal the requested change of venue

Guess it all took the focus off the PI's, DC and who was directing him to search, etc. JB was all concerned about privilege then, now he is trying to show he is not concerned about a Bar investigation.

JB -- ever think everything is going up in flames now? Fighting any fires?

Possibly they just see this case as one big slot machine...keep pulling the handle...and small pay offs come in the way of TV appearances...the defense gains some ground...Casey lets them "author" her book/movie and the big payoff comes...

Probably! I just remember the first OJ trial and not being able to stand Greta's coverage of it...whacky defense leaning shows....maybe they are taking this tack as the prosecution side is so well covered by JVM and NG?

It's all about ratings and $$$ in the end after all...

I really don't think it is the Anthony's that made the complaint. They won't even cross the line with Casey to ask her tough questions or demand that the remains be released for burial. You have to provide your ID information at the time you file the complaint, that info is then immediately give to the lawyer you are complaining about. It will become public record after the matter is resolved. I just don't see them filing the complaint. They may be happy it was done.
