I think he said that is why defense needs the photos and xrays from remains site - so they could see what the evidence is and if there was duct tape etc

So, he doesn't know for a fact there was duct tape..The ME probably removed it (if true) during her autopsy but I'm sure she took photos & xrays at that time..It seems to me that's the better evidence then what was taken at the remains site..Dr. Lee should share this POV but who knows!

Sorry, but if I had an attorney, and they took it upon themselves to ask for immunity for me without my knowledge, I would have a FAT lawsuit myself. Not buying that for a stinkin' minute.
