Group Plans Memorial Walkway For Caylee

Thank You ... I just realized that this is for the "Memorial" ... I guess I got confused ... sorry

ETA:
I thought there was a "thread" here for the "fund" ... I saw the "fund's" website yesterday and I was hoping there would be a thread here for it ...

My fault...so sorry. I was just trying to link something together 'cause some things appeared hinky to me and I may be barking up the wrong tree anyway.

Not sure where there's a thread for that fund...I thought there was one around here someplace....will look later. :)

There was a reporter (or attorney?) who tweeted that he/she was investigating other orgs/funds that are hidden. That's what set my hinky meter running. But I can't find that tweet now and it's bugging me. I don't think I posted it...and can't find it at all on Twitter. But I clearly remember it....I was thinking it was Bob Kealing, or Helling, or ???

Still searching...and I hope that whoever tweeted is uncovering something!

I am reviewing the BringKidsHome website at http://www.bringkidshome.org/

Just curious, but "who" is the "founder" or "manager" of BKH, and this person's "credentials" ? We know Marc Klaas runs Klaas Kids and Mr. Miller runs TES ... know what I mean ?

And you are correct -- the "Original Press Release" is not up ...

Hmmm ...

I think all that info is in or near the beginning of the thread and, of course, continues throughout.. It is apparently run or started by a Timothy Eric Segura, who also goes by Tim Segura, Eric Segura, and David Sears. The org is registered with the IRS and uses an address (PO Box) in Bellevue, WA. Used to be in NJ, but now back in WA.

There's just tooooo much to repost, lol. It's all in the thread here tho. :) Many of us have been researching this group for months.

Maybe this is in the wrong thread...but my head is spinning - the charity is for grandparents' rights? Why? GA and CA said FCA was a loving mom and didn't try to get custody of Caylee...this makes less than no sense...

Yeah, this one apparently has nothing to do with that one. That we know of, of course. :)

There are no christian names mentioned anywhere on their website except JEFRE, the designer of the memorial walkway and the minor kid that produced that video, with last name of Segura.
Their earlier mentioned "founder: The Champ" that now has been changed to just "dedicated to" is also anonymous.
There are so many red flags on this website with so many grandiose statements and all are by anonymous persons . There are no actual names of so called partners in this venture. No physical addresses, only Email addies.
Even the scam foundations of the Anthonys have physical addresses.

It is just scary how anybody can set up a non profit totally anonymous website like this and get away with it. There should be some minimal legal requirements/disclosures when trolling for free money occurs.
It is like internet loitering IMO.

Where is a good investigative reporter when you need one.

Or maybe CGMGR -- for something like Concerned Grandparents Mandating (Maximizing) (managing?) Grandparent Rights ???

Who knows.

LLC - Limited Liability Company

"A Limited Liability Company (LLC) is a business structure allowed by state statute. LLCs are popular because, similar to a corporation, owners have limited personal liability for the debts and actions of the LLC. Other features of LLCs are more like a partnership, providing management flexibility and the benefit of pass-through taxation."

If CA is anything to do with this I predict that the land, if purchased, will be closed off to the public and no one who wishes to commemorate Caylee or her 'shell' will ever be allowed to set foot on it.

I dunno. GA might have a strong box at the entrance for donations. Just like the old days when he had his pickle jars.

Please no walkways set up in the design of the memorial at the world trade center. I can't take any more of this farce.

The last I heard they were accepting donations for the walkway. They were selling bricks (?) and they don't even own the land. If the land deal falls through, they will not be giving the donations back. That was per the people who are selling the bricks (if that is still the latest scam, IDK)

Are people this dumb? We have got to start scrutinizing these 'missing children" foundations. Why does every single parent do this? It appears many are set for life and they have contributed nothing. How unjust that people would even allow or consider the Anthonys to represent them for a possible new law? You've got to be kidding me!!

There's a sucker born every minute..

The best thing Orlando could do for a memorial for Caylee is to run the anthonys out of Florida. We don't need a memorial. She is present in our minds.

That land doesn't even belong to the group or the Anthonys...Do NOT contribute!!

I guess that saying about buying a piece of swamp land in Florida has come to fruition.

Maybe this needs a thread of it's own, the Caylee fund website is up

I just love this. Now the A's are blaming the State of Florida...that if different laws had been in place they might still have their grandchild. I read the statutes and there is nothing wrong with them. If the State of Florida did not know there was a problem how would they be expected to to save your grandchild from your daughter. This statement, in writing, contradicts CA statement that Caylee drowned. Do they even know which end is up? Do they think eveyone who reads on their site is brain dead???? Sorry, couldn't help myself. jmo

It is just too absurd and bizarre. Guess the State of Florida should have a law that prohibits swimming pools unless you can afford/employ a full time life guard:floorlaugh:
They will blame everybody/everything except members of their own sicko clan. This has been their motto from day one. They just live in a different reality that us common folks do. And here we are trying to measure them against our norms when they are basically abnormal.
Unless the Florida has a functional crystal ball, how are they going to prevent murders cloaked as (imaginary) accidents.:waitasec:

I read the State Statutes and they are fine. I would really love to hear what "cocka mamie" story they come up with that would explain what they mean by changes in the law to support grandparents rights. It's all there right now. First you have to have a reason to get custody and then you have to report the abuse. It's that easy. Hard to tell the State your daughter is neglecting her child when you tell all the friends, family and neighbors that she is mother of the year and also employee of the year and her friends refer to her as "mom" because she is so caring. Someone slap me so I can snap out of it........ jmo

I totally agree, Miss Plum ! Good point ...

MOO ... hmmm .... WHY did Cindy and George showed up at the Memorial last month for Caylee's birthday for the balloon release ? hmmm ...

IF ... a BIG IF ... this Memorial is "legit" ... I hope CA and the rest of the A's have absolutely nothing to do with it ...

MOO ...

When the Anthonys showed up at the BKH balloon release on Caylee's birthday, Cindy was heard remarking something to the effect that their attorney would contact the group but no one knows why. Could have been something to do with Caylee's trademarked name? Or, perhaps their proposed involvement or support. But no one knows. There is a mention on the BKH site that the group has nothing to do with the "case principals".

According to BKH they were not expecting the Anthonys that day. Looks like they crashed the event as uninvited guests..
From BKH FaceBook.

Bring Kids Home Bring Kids Home was surprised to see them at our event, we thought they were out of town like the media has been reporting. Kudos to Eddie who handled a challenging situation with grace. Eddie is Bring Kids Home Director of Operations for the State of Florida, if you live in Orlando you should meet Eddie, he is at the memorial site every Sunday at 2pm, a great Bring Kids Home volunteer.

Eddie is Eddie Delvalle.

I knew Eddie Delvalle was a Director from news release on ED's site. But I forgot BKH announced that. Thanks.

First Director they've announced publicly. They've been pretty much secret about others, if there are any. I had written to BKH a while back asking for info on executives and directors but their e-mail simply said they're made up of volunteers all across the country. No specifics.

Yes, I had been sleuthing ED but could only find what're posted earlier in this thread--Amway sales, a grant from Seminole county, has a doctorate, pastor (but I couldn't find the church he might be affiliated with, some charity work, another charity that doesn't seem active yet ( tho I haven't checked in a few weeks), etc.

If the Anthonys crashed the event, it was probably for their own publicity. Not to mention that comment to get in touch with their Atty.

Hopefully some pieces of this puzzle are starting to come together.
