I applaud the sentence but now I am really worried that he will do a runner into Mexico. I am getting really tired of this idiot being cut breaks constantly

Is he wearing an ankle monitor?

Is he wearing an ankle monitor?

I think he should definitely have been required to wear a monitoring device.

I think he is a flight risk. I also suspect his wife would support him in Mexico or somewhere like that, like in Cabo San Lucas or some other tourist-friendly town. Family starts making visits to Mexico or such.

Wait, it was child p..n he was watching??
No.. from what I heard wasnt it g@y prøn??

Not that there's anything wrong with that.

On a more serious note... how many years is this "dad" guaranteed to be locked up? Negligence has a new definition now. Jfc.

Max 30.... what is the guaranteed minimum??? Cuz I like others think his bout with Affluenza will provide fora softball, no, cottonball sentence!

I applaud Pima County. It's really a disgrace that the other parents in Arizona will not get the same fate. Specifically the influencer mother and her husband in Gilbert, AZ who decided not to fence in their pool because it was an eyesore. The dad saw the little boy playing by the un-fenced pool unattended but his negligence to supervise his toddler son resulted in drowning. OR... the two negligent parents who let their daughter LITERALLY boil from the inside out on their boat in Lake Havasu in 120 plus degrees while they enjoyed themselves frolicking in the water. The fact that these four "parents" have never been charged is disgusting. ALL JMO

Wow only just seen the news. Wonder what made him grow a pair and plead guilty?

Why exactly has he got another 2 weeks free? Off for another wee vacation?

Will his wee cheerleader be at his sentencing I wonder.

*edited to take out the word "murderers"
It really only seems like he got the “book thrown at him” due to a documented history of purposely leaving the kids in the hot car, as well as his oldest coming forward with the abuse she faced. With how soft they’ve been on him until now, I don’t think he would’ve faced much prison time if any if Parker’s death actually was a tragic accident and the first time he did something like that. From what I’ve seen in many cases, something in the buttermilk is not clean in Arizona.

Is there any chance ES can be charged for contributing to her daughter's death? As evidenced by their text exchanges, ES knowingly let her husband drive intoxicated, leave the kids in the car, and drive at excessive speeds. Just wondering if when this is all said and done and the husband is formally sentenced, is it possible any charges can be brought against ES? ALL JMO
