They have been staying until 5:30 most days, right? Maybe they'll stay just a little late tonight to get the job done today. I hope.

I've always suspected that to be her, but I checked during the trial yesterday, and someone was posting under that account while TM was in the courtroom. If it's her, she has help.

BBM: Not that I know of. I saw that too, and was pretty surprised. He said he fed cash into the machine. I know I do that at the ATM to make a deposit, and I guess that technology could be applied to a gas pump, but I've never seen it. If we know which gas station it is, I'm happy to drive by and check it out.

If he was by Seaboard, etc I've never seen any like that but I'm not over there very often.

WHY does he (the judge) always shake hands with SM like that?!?

I'm choosing to believe he shakes the hands of all defendants.

Locally this case is very much 50-50 if you ask people if SM had any involvement. Many think TM and her family were involved but not so much SM. Also, Heather's supporters are much more vocal but in normal conversation many don't think they have evidence and should stop with the extra criminal charges and work on the kidnapping / murder case and let the hype die down until they can make their case.

Also, TM is considered unlikeable but people tend to like SM. Just adding some local flavor while the Judge talks on.

I wonder what they'd think/say after watching this obstruction trial, and I mean specifically about the obstruction charge.

The camera didn't follow, but I think he just veered over to talk to the Elvises as well.

Edit - Or maybe he went into the jury room. He hasn't come back on screen and the place looks empty. I was texting instead of watching. :D

Edit again - He just came back without his robe on and nobody has gone by, so never mind! Ignore me. :P

Talking to someone this morning and he said they need to stop until they have evidence against SM or TM for a murder case. There is a loud local voice that wants justice and wants it now. The problem that some in legal areas see it as getting someone to say they got someone on something. Myrtle Beach Police have a tendency to call in for help much later than they should (Brittanee Drexel) and screw things up a lot.

I will say that I am not friends with either the Elvis' or Moorers but I have very good friends that are friends with one or the other. I have heard both sides to it. I always go back to the very first thing I heard from a SLED agent before anything was released and that was that TM was involved. SM was like a scared puppy and TM wore the pants. Nothing has changed my opinion of the case.

I noticed the same about the page yesterday. She was either furiously updating during breaks or she has help. I just can't imagine anyone else being AS obsessed and as knowledgeable about the details of the case except her.. No posts today. Yet.

For some reason I'm thinking the gas station was very close in proximity to the one he made the payphone call from but I can't remember why I"m thinking that.....like catty corner or something?
BBM: Agree!

Yeah, the payphone gas station is on the corner of 10th Ave N. and Seaboard St. I'm pretty sure he said he got gas somewhere else on 10th. It's not that long of a road. Maybe I should just drive up there and check them all! Haha. The entire street is under 3 miles long.

On the map below, I've traced 10th Ave in blue and circled the (payphone) gas station in red.

Apologies if this posted twice, but do we know if the jury is officially deliberating?

I'd be very interested in hearing if the new testimony of the ping expert (the powerpoint presentation) would constitute enough evidence for the locals you're referring to....I mean enough/better evidence for a kidnapping trial. I think it really bolsters their case. And after this obstruction case I am definitely learning more toward your "side".....that this was all Tammy. Maybe even his tears today were from regret from not just coming clean in the beginning instead of taking the fall for her.

Consider it done. I don't want to miss anything, though. Wonder what's next and if I have time to run up there before anything happens, or if I should wait. And wait. And wait.

I liked how NL showed it was SM who was obsessed with Heather. 400+ txt messages, 40 calls by SM during a time when he claimed they were not involved.

Ha, I don't blame you for not wanting to miss anything! I think it can wait :). I was just going to ask if there's any kind of text alert when anything happens? Anyone know?

I'll ask around over the next couple of days.

I think you can go to WBTW and like their page and they will let you know when they will be live on FB with a verdict.

I think TM is now only on Facebook under her fake page (Unofficial: Monopoly).

Speaking of Facebook, yesterday I was reading an unofficial transcript of the interview with SM. Before he flubbed up the payphone question, he told them he had stopped to get gas. When he said it, he immediately pointed out that he paid cash and also said it was late, so the inside was closed so he paid at the pump. The officer said "you paid cash at the pump without going inside? I didn't even know that existed." (I am paraphrasing)

My question....do pumps like this exist in the South? You can pay CASH at the pump? Even gas stations around here won't let you pay credit card at the pump if the place is closed....

Speaking about all these bogus Facebook pages (which I file under conspiracy pages), I wish they would expose the owners! They have been nothing but mechanisms to dispel lies, rumors, and falsities surrounding this case. If in fact, the UM FB page was run by TM, then the obstruction and gag order cases would be blown wide open. I don't see why the Solicitor's Office didn't get a subpoena to find out?

As far as the gas stations go, that's a great point @TTF14. I have never seen one here! I didn't know that they existed either.

SM said he went to one near the Wal-Mart, right?

The closest one to Wal-Mart on Seaboard is the Circle K and they're open 24 hours.

Not sure of others, but I'll take a drive over there and look for myself.

I just can't imagine paying cash at the pump. I can't see it making change. If it really does exist, you can bet your butt I will take lots of pictures.

bdrickerson:
Moorer keeps dabbing at his eyes with a paper towel. He appears emotional.

Kaitlin Stansell @kaitlinstansell
He's also dabbing his eyes with a napkin and not looking at the judge as the judge speaks to him.

He and TM have been practicing on being drama babies? Maybe they think they are up for Oscar's or something?

Excellent point. I wish they WOULD get the subpoena for each and everyone one of them. Her UM page is ridiculous. She basically posts and then posts replies to herself from a number of other accounts. The obsession is sick.
